Abstract:
A method for protecting program data of an FPGA by using software is provided to activate the program data by encoding and storing a program needed for operating the program data to a non-volatile memory, and decoding the encoded program data through a DSP(Digital Signal Processor). The program data of the FPGA is encoded by using the software. The software is an encoding algorithm and an encoding key used in the encoding algorithm. The encoded program data is stored to the memory by using an external port(113). The encoded program data is decoded in the DSP by using the software in response to power application. The software is a decoding algorithm and a decoding key used in the decoding algorithm. The decoded program data of the FPGA is activated(117).

본 발명은 WCDMA 3G 이동통신망에서 발신측 및 착신측 단말로 S-USIM과 비화용 3G 단말로 구성된 비화 이동통신 단말을 사용함으로써, 음성통신에 대한 단대단 보호를 제공하는 음성통신 보호 방법 및 이를 적용한 단말에 관한 것이다. S-USIM과 연동하여 동작하는 단말에서 WCDMA 3G 음성통신을 보호하는 방법은 발신측 단말이 착신측 단말과의 음성통신 채널이 연결된 경우, 해당 음성 통신 정보를 수집하여 비화 음성통신을 준비하는 단계, 발신측 단말이 음성 통신 정보를 착신측 단말과 교환하여 동기 데이터를 설정하고, 설정한 동기 데이터를 토대로 비화 동기 절차를 수행하는 단계, 발신측 및 착신측 단말과 연동하여 동작하는 S-USIM에서 동기 데이터를 토대로 비화 음성통신용 세션키를 생성하는 단계 및 세션키에 기반하여 송신할 음성부호화 데이터를 암호화하여 전송하고, 세션키에 기반하여 수신된 음성부호화 데이터를 복호화하여 재생하는 비화 통신 수행 단계를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) 3G voice communication protection method and a terminal thereof are provided to execute end-to-end protection for voice communication using an encrypted mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A voice processing unit(113) converts voice encoding data corresponding to the user of a terminal. The voice processing unit converts voice encoding data corresponding to the terminal into voice. An encryption or decryption unit(116) encrypts voice encoding data based on a session key generated in a corresponding S-USIM(Secure-Universal Subscriber Identity Module). The encryption or decryption unit decrypts the voice decryption data received based on the session key. A control unit(114) executes an encrypted synchronization procedure with an opponent terminal through the voice communication information. A method and an apparatus for hiding message cipher communication on a radio channel are provided to perform reliable key exchange by consecutively sending a synchronization frame inserted with a synchronization pattern twice. A method for hiding message cipher communication on a radio channel includes the steps of: creating ciphers by ciphering a plain text received from a message communication terminal(S51); creating random data when there are not the ciphers; and transmitting a bit stream constituted of the ciphers and random data(S57). The step of creating the ciphers includes the step of inserting a synchronization frame into a head of the cipher. The synchronization frame includes a synchronization pattern for discriminating the ciphers from the random data, and key information used to decode the ciphers.
Abstract:
Provided are a relay capable of preventing undesired white noise from being additionally amplified and a method for protecting information of a wireless channel user using the relay. The relay includes: a demodulator which receives signals from a transmitting end and a receiving end, decodes the received signals, and removes white noise added to the received signals; a reconstruction unit which applies, to a signal outputted by the demodulator, channel gain between the transmitting end and a relay, channel gain between the transmitting end and the receiving end, and channel gain between the receiving end and a relay to reconstruct a signal to be transmitted; and a modulator which encodes the signal to be transmitted which is reconstructed by the reconstruction unit and sends the encoded signal to the receiving end. Thus, a cooperative relay receives an artificial noise and decodes and reconstructs the artificial noise, thereby preventing an unnecessary additional white noise from being amplified in the relay.
