Abstract: PURPOSE: An image signal processing device and a method thereof are provided to disconnect a signal which can influence image reproduction of a receiving side and minimize image disconnection due to external interference. CONSTITUTION: When line information is a temporary set signal, a second image processing unit stores image data corresponding to corresponding line information(S220,S230). The second image processing unit simultaneously generates a video timing signal. The second image processing unit outputs the stored image data and the video timing signal based on a data enable signal section of the video timing signal(S250).
