CONSTITUTION: A plurality of primary side coils(300) comprise the first primary side coils(310,315), and the second primary side coils(320,325) and the secondary side coil(350). The first primary side coil and the second primary side coil have a winding ratio different from that of the secondary side coil. A high frequency transformer has different impedance conversion ratios in one transformer. The high frequency transformer changes a load resistance/impedance value of the power amplifier by having the different impedance conversion ratio. The operating region of the power amplifier is extended by converting the load resistance/impedance value.

CONSTITUTION: A wireless signal processing unit converts a frequency of a desirable signal into an intermediate frequency that is integer times of a sample speed indicated in the protocol of a wireless communication system. A discrete time signal processing unit(320) performs sampling the signal converted into the intermediate frequency by time unit, and performs anti-alising filtering and successive decimation. The discrete time signal processing unit processes the final output speed according to the decimation to be the integer times of the sample speed. ADCs(331,332) converts the successive decimation analog signal into digital signal.
