Abstract: 본 발명은 격자 셀이 배열된 구조를 가지는 인공 자기 도체(Artificial magnetic conductor: AMC)와 이를 포함하는 안테나에 관한 것으로, 특히, 반사 계수의 위상값을 격자 위치에 따라 다르게 하여 반사파의 동위상면 형태를 조절하고, 반사파의 진행 방향을 조절할 수 있는 인공 자기 도체의 설계 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 인공 자기 도체는 도전성(導電性) 접지층과 상기 도전성 접지층과 미리 결정된 거리만큼 이격되어 형성되고, 전기 용량성 셀들을 포함하는 도전층과 상기 접지층과 상기 도전층을 전기적으로 연결하는 비아와 상기 도전층에 밀착 또는 미리 결정된 거리만큼 이격되어 배치되는 복수개의 다이폴 안테나를 포함하고, 상기 전기 용량성 셀들은 상기 복수개의 다이폴 안테나를 기준으로 순차적으로 나누어져 그룹화된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial magnetic conductor structure is provided to deform a ground layer according to characteristic of a specific frequency band and to reduce the size. CONSTITUTION: An artificial magnetic conductor(20) includes a conductor layer(100), a ground layer(200) and a via(300). The conductor layer, formed in the first direction, includes a plurality of grating cells. The ground layer, formed in the second direction opposite to the first direction, includes a plurality of grating cells and a conductive plate. The grating cells of the ground layer has the same size as those of the conductor layer. The conductive plate is not deformed. The ground layer generates a frequency lower than the artificial magnetic conductor. The via, formed between the conductor layer and the ground layer, electrically connects them to each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transmitting scanning start information of a heterogeneous access network are provided to minimize power consumption by preventing the unnecessary scanning of a heterogeneous access network in a terminal at a boundary region.
