    Abstract: PURPOSE: An identification certifying system, smart card spread with sense ink, and identification certifying method using an invisible security element are provided to distinguish a forgery of the smart card based on offline authentication by using a smart card spread with sense ink. CONSTITUTION: Sensible ink which is invisible security element is spread on a card body(10). A smart card(200) includes an IC chip(14) storing spectrum profile information of the sensible ink. A sensible(300) senses spectrum profile information of the sensible ink to perform offline authentication about the smart card. The spectrum profile information includes information about at least one reflective rate, a reflection angle, and reflective strength about a specific frequency of an electromagnetic wave.
