    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device of phase synchronizing on real-time clock with the broadcasted time information and a method thereof are provided to offer the real-time information in which the accumulation parallax by the self coefficient function is automatically corrected. CONSTITUTION: The information of the commercial broadcasting radio frequency is saved(S110). The predetermined current time is inputted to the real time clock by a producer(S120). A time signal is detected through a commercial broadcasting received among the saved commercial broadcasting radio frequency as a synchronizing signal(S130,S140). The real time coefficient information is synchronized in the synchronizing signal(S150). In case the operating voltage is blocked, the detection of the time signal is stopped(S160). The clock is operated by the built-in battery until the operating voltage restores, the real time coefficient is maintained(S170).

    Abstract: A method for simultaneously transmitting optical frequency standard frequency and microwave reference frequency is provided to measure physical constant by using microwave reference frequency and optical frequency standard frequency having the high stability. A part of optical frequency is selected by a narrow interference filter from a phase stabilized femto second mode synchronized laser(2). The part of optical frequency selected by the narrow interference filter is amplified by using a semiconductor amplifier while maintaining a phase texture bond. The part of optical frequency selected by the narrow interference filter is transmitted through a fiber optic network.
