    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inspecting quantum efficiency homogeneity of a solar cell are provided to simplify an inspection by selecting the number of pixels and a pattern. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device emits light. An image device changes a light path according to the individual control of a plurality of pixels. An image device controller(300) individually controls the plurality of pixels. Light passing through or reflected by the image device is radiated to a solar cell(400). A calculation controller(900) calculates quantum efficiency of the solar cell based on an optical current generated from the solar cell.
