Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-channel temperature sensor inspecting device for measuring the temperature of an object is provided to rapidly inspect normal and abnormal states of a plurality of thermocouples, thereby reducing the time required for inspection. CONSTITUTION: A multi-channel temperature sensor inspecting device for measuring the temperature of an object comprises an output connector(110), an input connector(120), and a temperature sensor inspecting member(130). The output connector is connected to temperature sensors(S1,S2,Sn) and extended outwardly. The input connector is connected to a multi-channel connector. The temperature sensor inspecting member, which is electrically connected to the input connector, measures the resistance and the temperature of the temperature sensors using the output signals by the temperature sensors, thereby inspecting whether the temperature sensors are normal or abnormal. Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless temperature detection monitoring device is provided to reduce time and manpower required for installing and collecting wires even though a complex inspection requiring the usage of a plurality of thermocouples is performed. CONSTITUTION: A wireless temperature detection monitoring device(100) comprises a temperature detecting part(110), a temperature data transmitting part(120), a temperature data receiving part(130), and a temperature monitoring part(140). The temperature detecting part is attached to an object(O) and detects the temperature of the object. The temperature data transmitting part receives the temperature detected by the temperature detecting part, converts the received temperature into temperature data capable of wirelessly transmitting, and transmits the converted temperature data. The temperature data receiving unit receives the temperature data received by the temperature data transmitting part. The temperature monitoring unit monitors a temperature state of the objet by receiving the temperature data received by the temperature data receiving unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of the cooling device and to simplify a structure of the cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a first cooling unit(10) and a second cooling unit(20). The first cooling unit makes liquid nitrogen flow, thereby cooling the same at a first temperature. The second cooling unit mounted on a surface of the first cooling unit operates at a temperature lower than the first temperature and is composed of a Peltier effect device. The first cooling device cools the liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -196°C, which is the boiling point of liquid nitrogen. The second cooling device operates at a temperature lower than -196°C.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A contactless heat transferring plate is provided to prevent disturbance of radiant heat transfer from a shroud by using a black painted plate same as the shroud surface. CONSTITUTION: A contactless heat transferring plate comprises an aluminum plate, a tape heater, and an aluminum tape. The tape heater is formed on the top of the aluminum plate. The aluminum tape is overlapped on the top of the tape heater. A kapton tape is attached on the top of the aluminum tape. The aluminum plate is coated by a black paint and the tape heater is attached on the top of the coated aluminum plate. A heater is attached on the black painted plate and is covered by the aluminum tape to fix. Finally, the kapton tape is attached to increase emissivity.

Abstract: A phase-separating device for a thermal vacuum chamber is provided to control the pressure of LN2 by measuring the amount and the pressure of the LN2. A phase-separating device(100) for a thermal vacuum chamber comprises: a main body(110) installed between the thermal vacuum chamber and an LN2 storage tank using the LN2 of the low pressure; a first pneumatic valve(130) controlling the inflow of the LN2 to an inner part of the main body; a second pneumatic valve(150) controlling the inner pressure of the main body; a third pneumatic valve(160) ejecting the LN2 depressurized in the main body to the thermal vacuum chamber using the LN2 of the low pressure; an LN2 flow meter(120) measuring the amount of the LN2 filled in the inner part of the main body and controlling the on and off of the first pneumatic valve; and a manometer(140) measuring the inner pressure of the main body and controlling the on/off of the second pneumatic valve.
