Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fluorinated polymer-perfluoroalkyl group-containing acryl particle is provided to have excellent film-forming properties as a coating agent for a back sheet of a solar cell, and to able to form a coating with excellent weatherability and waterproofness. CONSTITUTION: A fluorinated polymer-perfluoroalkyl group-containing acryl particle is manufactured by followings: a step of preparing seed particles by copolymerizing a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or vinylidene fluoride homopolymer; and a step of polymerizing a fluorine-containing-(meth)acrylic acid ester, non-fluorine-based (meth)acrylic ester and acrylamide-based monomer under the presence of seed particles. The fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester is C4-20 perfluoroalkyl-containing (meta)ester acrylate.

본 발명은, 페놀과 메탄올을 고정상 촉매상에서 기상으로 반응시켜 2,6-디메틸페놀을 제조하는데 유용한, 페놀의 메틸화 촉매 및 상기 촉매 하에서 2,6-디메틸페놀을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 자세하게는, 페놀로부터 2,6-디메틸페놀을 제조하는데 있어서 메타-크레졸과 파라-크레졸 및 2,4-디메틸페놀 등 페놀의 메타 또는 파라 위치에 알킬기가 치환된 알킬페놀 화합물의 부생을 최대한 억제하면서도 활성 및 장기 반응 안정성이 뛰어난 고선택적 오르토(ortho)-위치선택성 알킬화 촉매 및 상기 촉매하에서 2,6-디메틸페놀을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 접착성이 향상된 자외선 경화 불소계 공중합체와 이를 포함하는 코팅조성물 및 이를 포함하는 막에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 화학식 1로 표시되는 과불소 폴리에테르 변성 화합물 중 1종과 화학식 2로 표시되는 벤조페논계 아크릴레이트 단량체 1종 이상을 공중합한 공중합체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 접착성이 향상된 자외선 경화 불소계 공중합체는 자외선 경화형 투명 코팅제로 사용 가능하고, 투명성, 저굴절율 및 방오성이 요구되는 각종 부품의 표면 가공 시 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 섬유 산업, 도료 산업, 접착제 산업, 정밀 화학 산업, 생물, 생화학 산업, 전기 전자 산업, 자동차 산업 및 금속 산업 등에서 다양한 용도로 활용 가능하다.

PURPOSE: A core-shell fluorinated polymer particle for weatherproof coating of solar battery module back sheet is provided to reduce manufacturing processes of back sheets and to improve manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A core-shell fluorinated polymer particle comprises a core consisting of fluorinated polymers and a shell which introduced perfluoroalkyl group by using fluorovinylether comonomer which is represented by chemical formula 1. The chemical formula 1 is as follows: CF2=CFOCF2CF2Rf. In the chemical formula 1, Rf indicates C1-3 perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkoxy. The shell includes 5-30 wt% of the fluorovinylether comonomer based on the whole shell.

In chemical formula 1, Rf is C2F5 or C4F9, M is metal ion, and n is an integer from 1-6, more specifically, M is selected from a group consisting of ions of sodium, potassium, ammonium, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of perfluoropolyether alcohol comprises a step of manufacturing perfluoropolyether alcohol in chemical formula 1: CF3CF2CF2O(CF(CF3)CF2O)nCF(CF3)CH2OH by reduction-reacting perfluoropolyether compound into an anion exchange resin in which borohydride(BH4-) is dipped under the presence of one or more kinds of organic solvent. PURPOSE: A method for producing 2,6-dimethylphenol by an alkylation reaction of phenol is provided to react phenol with methanol, thereby consecutively producing 2,6-dimethylphenol with high sensitivity and high yield. CONSTITUTION: Monoethanolamine and NH4VO3 are added to deionized water. Solution A is manufactured. Solution A and solution B are simultaneously dropped while adjusting pH. Co-precipitation of solution A and B is performed. Weak ammonia solution is added to the mixed solution. An obtained cake is dried, pulverized, and formed.

PURPOSE: A fluorine-based polymer composition for the back sheet of a solar cell module is provided to have excellent adhesion to a substrate and to reduce manufacturing process of the back sheet by not forming a separate adhesive layer on a substrate in advance. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine-based polymer composition includes a fluorine polymer and an adhesive polymer binder resin. The fluorine polymer is a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer, a vinylidene fluoride copolymer, or a combination thereof. The adhesive polymer binder resin includes a polyamic acid. A manufacturing method of a back sheet for a solar cell module includes a step of adding a solvent into the composition and mixing the same; a step of coating one or both sides of a substrate which is polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, or a combination thereof, with the mixture; and a step of heating the coated substrate.
