Abstract:
본 발명은 에탄을 함유하는 경질 알칸으로부터 프로필렌을 제조하는 방법 및 프로필렌을 제조하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 경질 알칸으로부터 프로필렌을 제조하는 방법은, 고압-심랭법에 의한 에탄/에틸렌 분리 공정을 생략하여 공정의 단순화 및 효율화를 도모하고, 프로필렌을 고수율로 생산할 수 있으며, 또한 반응 부산물을 재순환하여 사용함으로써 공정의 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a catalyst for steam reforming of methane comprising: an alumina (Al_2O_3) catalyst support conjugated with gadolinium (Gd) and cerium (Ce); and a binary compound of rhodium (Rh) and nickel (Ni) which are catalyst activating ingredients. Additionally, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the catalyst for steam reforming of methane comprising an alumina catalyst support manufacturing step and an active ingredient impregnating step, and a method for steam reforming of methane supplying COG gas to the catalyst. The present invention is able to obtain the catalyst with excellent stability and reactivity in steam reforming reaction of methane supplying by-product gas including H_2S by using the method for manufacturing the catalyst for steam reforming of methane. Additionally, the present invention is able to obtain syngas of a proper composition capable of being applied to methanol synthesis, dimethylether synthesis and a fischer-tropsch process by performing the steam reforming reaction of methane by using the catalyst and is able to directly obtain high quality hydrogen fuel by directly manufacturing hydrogen.
