    Abstract: PURPOSE: A microarray chip for detecting reproductive toxicant induced by endocrine disruptor and a kit for detecting reproductive toxicant are provided to identify reproductive toxicity mechanism and to study ecotoxicogenomics. CONSTITUTION: A microarray chip for detecting reproductive toxicant induced by endocrine disruptor contains a biomarker. The biomarker is an oligonucleotide containing 15-50 nucleic acids or complementary strand molecule thereof. A method for detecting the biomarker to identify reproductive toxicity induced by endocrine disruptor comprises: a step of synthesizing cDNA from RNA samples isolated from regenerative cells of an experimental group(male individual which is suspicious for endocrine disruptor exposure) and a control group; a step of labeling the cDNA with different fluorescent substances; a step of hybridizing the cDNA with the DNA microarray chip; a step of analyzing the DNA microarray chip; and a step of comparing gene expression level of the DNA microarray chip between the experimental group and control group.
