Abstract: 본발명은젖산에스테르로부터폴리락타이드의모노머로사용되는환형에스테르인락타이드를직접제조하는촉매및 이를이용한락타이드의제조방법에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는불활성분위기에서출발물질인젖산에스테르그 자체또는젖산과젖산올리고머를소량포함한젖산에스테르혼합물을티타늄계촉매또는티타늄계촉매를포함하는촉매혼합물하에서에스테르교환반응시켜락타이드를제조함과동시에부산물로생성되는알콜(ROH)을제거하는단계를포함하는락타이드의제조방법을제공한다. 본발명에따른락타이드제조방법은젖산에스테르로부터락타이드를직접제조할수 있기때문에기존의상업화된공정에비해에너지소모가작고, 단순한공정으로락타이드를제조할수 있는새로운방법으로서광학특성(D-형또는 L-형광학이성체)을유지하면서도높은수율로락타이드를제조할수 있으므로공업적인활용성이매우높다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A porous organic-inorganic hybrid material, a method for manufacturing the same, an absorbent including the same, and the use of the same are provided to improve the initial absorbing speed of the hybrid material at high relative humidity and to improve the absorbing capability of the hybrid material at low relative humidity by carrying ionic compound or polar compound. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous organic-inorganic hybrid material includes the following: an ionic compound or a polar compound is carried in the hybrid material; a reaction mixture containing one or more inorganic metal precursor, one or more organic compounds functioning as ligand, and a solvent is prepared; porous organic-inorganic hybrid material is formed based on the reaction mixture. A moisture absorbent includes the hybrid material, a organic-inorganic hybrid material-inorganic complex, and the combination of the same.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing lactide using a catalyst which is able to directly produce from lactic acid ester is provided. CONSTITUTION: A lactide is prepared by ester exchange of lactic acid ester of chemical formula 1 under the presence of titanium catalyst or catalyst mixture containing the titanium catalyst. The lactic acid as an starter contains 20 weight% of lactic acid, lactic acid oligomer or mixture thereof. The titanium catalyst is tetraalkoxy titan((R'O)_4Ti), titanium halide(TiX_4, TiX_3, X= F,Cl,Br), alkoxytitanium halide((R'O)_4-xTiXx, X= F,Cl,Br, x= 1 - 3), titanium acetyl acetonate, or alkoxide acetyl acetonate.
