Abstract:
A nanostructure conductivity polymer ball is provided to have a high conductivity, to be well dispersed in an organic solution and an aqueous solution and to prevent being easily broken or crystallized by coating the conductivity polymer on a surface of a ball of the functional polymer. A core functional polymer is removed after a conductivity polymer acting on a shell to a functional polymer ball of the emulsion polymerization acting on a core is coated. The functional polymer is formed by reacting a carboxy radical, a phone acid group, amine radical or a boron acid group in a polystyrene or a polystyrene and one or greater selected from polystyrene, poly(styrene-co-4-vinyl benzoic acid), poly(styrene-co-4-vinylphenylboronic acid) or poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride). The polystyrene more includes a surfactant. The surfactant is a sodium dodecyl sulfate or a poly(vinylpyrrolidone).

본 발명은 활성화 비닐 에스테르를 이용하여 칼바메이트기를 갖는 비닐 단량체의 합성방법 및 그 방법에 따라 제조된 비닐 단량체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 활성화 에스테르를 갖는 비닐단량체 합성의 경우, 다양한 기능성 비닐단량체를 합성할 수 있고, 이 기능성 비닐단량체를 이용하여 다양한 기능성 고분자를 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명은 반응과정 중에 HCl가스가 발생하지 않기 때문에 저가의 화학 반응용기를 사용할 수 있어 적은 비용으로 대량 생산할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract:
Provided are a method for manufacturing a chromatography for molecular recognition, a chromatography column obtained by the method which can selectively isolate functional components with high purity from natural material, and a method for isolating ferulic acid using the chromatography column. The method for manufacturing the chromatography comprises the steps of (i) mixing a template molecule(desired material), a vinyl monomer which recognizes the template molecule by specific linkage, and crosslinking agent in solvent, (ii) irradiating the mixture solution to form a high molecular matrix by radical polymerization, (iii) crushing and screening the high molecular matrix, (iv) filling a chromatography column with the screened high molecular matrix, and (v) injecting the solvent for isolation of the template molecule into the column, so as to isolate the template molecule.
