    Abstract: 과산화칼슘을이용한카테콜아민코팅방법및 이를이용한저-결합세포배양플레이트제조방법에관한것으로, 구체적으로는과산화칼슘(CaO2)이첨가된카테콜아민용액에코팅하고자하는기재를침지시키는단계를포함하는카테콜아민코팅방법및 상기방법에의하여카테콜아민이코팅된기재를아민-반응성 PEG(mPEG) 용액에침지시키는단계를포함하는저-결합세포배양플레이트제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에서는산소공급시약으로서과산화칼슘을이용한생체적합물질의표면개질기술을개발하였다. 상기과산화칼슘을통한산소공급은 DA(dopamine hydrochloride) 산화를촉진하여신속하게아민이풍부한기질을생성하였으며, 간단한침지공정으로저-결합배양플레이트를제조할수 있었으며, 상기저-결합배양플레이트에서배양된세포는다른배양플레이트에비하여보다크고컴팩트한세포스페로이드를형성하였다.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a production method of hydrogel which comprises the following steps producing an enzyme-immobilized supporter; contacting a polymer with a phenol or aniline functional group on a side chain and the enzyme-immobilized supporter under the presence of hydrogen peroxide for crosslinking; and obtaining the hydrogel by separating the enzyme-immobilized supporter. According to the present invention, the polymer with the phenol or aniline functional group on the side chain is crosslinked by the enzyme immobilized on the supporter to form the hydrogel, thereby obtaining the hydrogel without enzymes. Therefore, in vivo stability including an immune reaction by enzymes can be overcome, and the biomedical application range of the hydrogel can be expanded.
