Abstract: A monitor for an advertisement is provided to maximize consumer's convenience and an advertising effect by displaying the advertisement directly selected by a consumer. A support frame(10) is fixed to a ceiling or a wall surface. A monitor(100) is supported and fixed to the support frame and displays an image for public information and an advertisement. An external memory unit stores an order and a method of information displayed on the monitor through a voice and an image and is compatible with a general PC. A central operation unit(120) performs entire display control of a data memory unit(125) through programmed data. The data memory unit stores and reads information for display control of the external memory unit and the monitor on occasion. An input unit(130) is installed to perform an operation of the central operation unit.

CONSTITUTION: A gradient adjusting device of a car seat for an infant is composed of a seat base(10), a seat body, a locking block(30), an unlocking knob(40), an elastic member(50), and a retention rod(60). The locking block is installed inside the locking block housing. Plural locking slots(31) are formed in the locking block at the multi layers.
