    Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas-type hood lifter fixing structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and operation processes without using an additional component part for mounting a gas-type lifter by fixing both ends of the gas-type lifter to a bracket hinge installed with a hood hinge and an arm hinge installed in a hood. CONSTITUTION: In a hood hinge for easily opening and closing a hood of a vehicle by a gas-type lifter(2) and being a rotation center-point of the hood by connecting the hood with a vehicle body, a gas-type hood lifter fixing structure of the vehicle is composed of first and second ball joints mounted to both ends of the gas-type lifter, respectively; a bracket hinge(20) to which the hood hinge is installed and the first ball joint is fixed, having a bent section; and an arm hinge(30) formed to have the bent section, closely connected and mounted to a hood hinge under the hood and fixed with the second ball joint. The lower side of the bracket hinge is jointed to the upper side of a side rail and the first ball joint connected to one end of the gas-type lifter is penetrate-fixed to a vertical side of the bracket hinge.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cover frame for a convertible vehicle is provided to shut off noise in bumping external air into the cover during traveling by absorbing the extension amount of the cover with the frame, and to improve appearance by preventing crease in expanding the cover. CONSTITUTION: A cover frame(10) of a convertible vehicle is composed of a fixing member(20) fixing the edge of a flexible cover with bending; and a piston(30) having plural tubes(31) combined with a vehicle body by hinges, plural piston rods(32) fastened in both ends of the fixing member and inserted to plural tubes, and an elastic member(33) including air or a coil spring, and supporting the piston rod elastically in the tube. Noise is prevented in bumping air into the cover during traveling by absorbing the extension amount of the cover with the cover frame in expanding the cover. The appearance is improved with restricting crease in the cover.

The rectangular hole is placed in the end of the slit, and formed to be larger than the projection. The weather strip is installed easily by inserting the projection to the rectangular hole, and expenses are reduced by simplifying the process.
