Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a vent grill of a vehicle is provided to simultaneously execute a wind direction guiding function and an opening and closing function by connecting a circular grill, an independent knob and a gear structure. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a grill cover part(2) formed approximately as a circular ring, and coupled to a duct through which air is supplied; a guide fin supporting part(6) formed approximately as a disk, and having a rotary axis(4) coupled to centers of an upper side and a lower side of an inside of the grill cover part in such a manner that the guide fin supporting part rotates from side to side; a plurality of guide fins(10) having rotary axes coupled to a left side and a right side of an inside of the guide fin supporting part in such a manner that the guide fins rotate in vertical direction; and a knob(14) placed on front sides of the guide fins, and having a coupling part comprising a plurality of gears and coupled to one of the guide fins to control vertical direction of the guide fins. CONSTITUTION: A back plate panel(100) for a vehicle has an integral back plate mat(600) on an external surface to be removed with a combining device. The back plate mat includes an insulator layer(200), an ethylene vinyl acetate layer(400) and a mat layer(300) integrally. A hinged portion(220) is formed to a folded portion between side portions of an upper surface portion of the back plate mat to remove the integral back plate mat partially. The combining device comprises fixing brackets(540) mounted to the back plate panel and clips(520) fixed to the back plate mat to be combined with fixing brackets. Thereby, a movement of the mat against the insulator is prevented by integrating the insulator and the mat.
