Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 커튼 에어백에 관한 것으로 차량의 루프 사이드 레일을 따라 차체 실내의 필라 트림내부에 장착되며, 내부에 가스가 유입되어 팽창되는 커튼주머니(10)와, 차체에 외부에서 발생되는 충격이 감지될 경우 작동되어 상기 커튼주머니(10) 내부로 폭발가스를 유입시키는 인플레이터(20)로 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 커튼주머니(10)는 인플레이터(20)에서 발생된 폭발가스가 유입되면서 팽창되어 차체 실내 측면을 가리도록 전개되는 메인주머니(11)와, 인플레이터(20)에서 발생된 폭발가스가 메인주머니(11)로 유입되기 전에 먼저 유입되는 가이드가스실(12a)이 간격을 두고 다 수개 형성되어, 이 가이드가스실(12a)로 가스가 유입되면서 메인주머니(11)를 필라 트림(1) 외부로 인출하여 하부로 전개시키는 가이드주머니(12)로 구성되어 인플레이터(20)에서 일차적으로 공기압을 가이드주머니(12)로 공급하여 이 가이드주머니(12)의 팽창에 의해 메인주머니(11)가 필라 트림(1) 외부로 인출되어 펼쳐진 후 인플레이터(20)에서 메인주머니(11) 내부로 공기압을 방출하여 팽창시킴으로써 메인주머니(11)를 팽창시키는 공기가 쉽고 빠르게 들어갈 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서 커튼 에어백이 작동하면서 필라 트림(1)이 파손되거나 손상되거나 오작동되는 것을 방지함은 물론 탑승자의 충격을 완충시키는 메인주머니(11)를 빠르게 팽창시켜 탑승자의 안전을 보호할 수 있는 것이다.
또한 커튼에어백을 원활히 전개시키기 위하여 별도의 브라켓트나 트림류의 가이드를 차체 실내에 설치할 필요가 없어 부품 및 공정 수를 줄일 수 있는 것이다.
그러므로 커튼에어백의 작동성을 향상시켜 차량의 안전성과 경제성을 증대시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An attachment clip for fastener is provided to prevent gap formation by attaching fastener between objects, while achieving an aesthetic enhancement. CONSTITUTION: An attachment clip(10) comprises a first hole formed at the upper surface of the clip; a protruded part protruded upward from the lower surface of the clip, in such a manner that the protruded part corresponds to the first hole; and a second hole formed at the protruded part. A first panel(20) is arranged at a side of the protruded part, and a second panel(30) is arranged such that a hole formed at the second panel corresponds to the first hole. Then, the panels are fixed by a fastener(40). The first hole has a diameter larger than the diameter of the second hole. Even in the case where one panel has no hole, it is possible to arrange the panel at a side of the protruded part of the clip and fixe the panel by the fastener, to thereby fix two panels.
