Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an urushiol-UV paint mixed coating agent is provided to have excellent coating quality, to be quickly cured, and to prevent staining such as fingerprint. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an urushiol-UV paint mixed coating agent comprises a step of mixing lacquer and organic solvent, and separating an urushiol layer by centrifuge; a step of obtaining an urushiol extract by heating the urushiol layer; a step of manufacturing a compound by reaction of the urushiol extract and anhydrous organic acid; a step of evapolating the mixture, and preparing an urushiol extract without toxicity of lacquer; and a step of mixing the urushiol into a UV paint.
Abstract:
A silicone containing lacquer powder is provided to realize far infrared ray-emitting, electron wave-shielding and antibacterial effects as well as health-aid and eco-friendly effects while inhibiting allergic conditions caused by lacquer poison. A silicone containing lacquer powder is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: mixing silicone with lacquer liquid or lacquer powder in a weight ratio of 1:0.01-0.3; and heating the resultant mixture at 60 deg.C for 10-15 minutes, followed by hardening. The lacquer powder is classified through a net with 200 mesh or higher. The lacquer powder is obtained by pulverizing a solid mixture obtained by reacting urushiol with isocyanate.

A method for preparing a solid mixture containing urushiol, a solid mixture containing urushiol prepared by the method, and a method for preparing a solid mixture powder containing urushiol are provided to reduce the lacquer poison and to obtain far infrared rays radiating effect, EMI shielding effect and antibacterial effect due to lacquer component. A method for preparing a solid mixture containing urushiol comprises the steps of (S40) mixing toluene diisocyanate trimer or methylene diphenyl diisocyanate with a thinner in a ratio of 1:1 by weight; (S41) mixing urushiol and the obtained toluene diisocyanate trimer or methylene diphenyl diisocyanate; and (S42) curing it. Preferably the ratio of urushiol and toluene diisocyanate trimer is 1 : 0.8-1.2 by weight; and the ratio of urushiol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate is 1 : 0.5-0.9 by weight.

본 발명은 옻 성분이 코팅된 인조가죽의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 인조가죽에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 생옻과 에탄올을 혼합한 후, 원심분리하여 에탄올에 용해된 상태에 있는 우루시올 층을 분리하는 단계, 상기 에탄올에 용해된 상태에 있는 우루시올 층에 대해 에탄올과 수분을 제거하기 위해 가열하여 우루시올을 추출하는 단계, 상기 우루시올을 인조가죽 코팅제에 혼합하여 우루시올이 함유된 인조가죽 코팅제를 제조하는 단계, 상기 제조된 우루시올이 함유된 인조가죽 코팅제를 인조가죽에 도포하여 코팅한 후 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 옻 성분이 코팅된 인조가죽의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 옻 성분이 코팅된 인조가죽에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 옻이 코팅된 인조가죽은 옻액 성분에 의한 원적외선 방사효과, 전자파 차단효과 및 우수한 항균효과를 지니므로, 친환경적이고 건강에 유익한 인조가죽 제품의 생산이 가능한 장점이 있다. 옻, 우루시올, 코팅, 인조가죽
Abstract:
A synthetic resin coating method using silk screen printing of the mixture of ink and urushi lacquer is provided to produce synthetic resin printed with various patterns and coated with urushi lacquer by applying the mixture of ink and urushi lacquer by silk screen printing and to secure good electron wave absorptivity, far infrared ray emission rate, and durability by adding the urushi lacquer. The synthetic resin coating method using silk screen printing of the mixture of ink and urushi lacquer comprises the steps of: pre-treating the surface of synthetic resin; printing the synthetic resin with the mixture containing the ink of 5~95wt.% and urushi lacquer of 95~5wt.% by silk screen printing; applying the mixture of the filtered urushi lacquer and varnish, on the synthetic resin; and drying the lacquered synthetic resin.
