Abstract: A structure for mounting a wiring ring for an instrument wiring and an air vent duct on a cowl cross bar is provided to minimize the number of fixing brackets of the cowl cross bars by simultaneously fixing the wiring ring and an air vent duct. Upper and lower fastening units(6,7) are fastened to each other to hold a wire ring for an instrument wiring. A fixing bolt unit(13) protrudes through the upper fastening unit to mount an air bent duct(3).
