Abstract:
PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve energy conversion efficiency by using a poly(styrene sulfonic acid)-graft-polyaniline as the hole transport material of an organic solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode is coated on a substrate and the UV-ozone treatment is executed. A hole transport layer is formed by coating an aqueous solution on the transparent electrode. The aqueous solution contains the aqueous polyaniline graft copolymer which is magnetically doped at 1~10 weight%. An active layer is formed by coating a mixture of poly(3-hexylthiophene) and [6,6]-phenyl-C61-bootee leak acid methyl ester(PCBM). A thermal process is executed after coating aluminum on the active layer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A compatiblizer and a polymer/carbon nanotube nanocomposite manufactured thereby are provided to uniformly disperse carbon nanotubes to a polymer matrix without the coherence. CONSTITUTION: A compatiblizer is a poly(ethyl-(benzyloxy)-ethyl)-naphthalene-g-polymethylmethacrylate copolymer marked with chemical formula 1. A manufacturing method of the compatiblizer comprises a step of free radical polymerizing 4-chloromethylstyene to synthesizing polychloromethylstyrene, a step of substituting chloride form the polychloromethylstyrene using naphthaleneethanol to form a poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-ethyl-benzyloxy)-ethyl-naphthalene backbone, and a step of graft copolymerizing the poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-ethyl-benzyloxy)-ethyl-naphthalene backbone.
