Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin composition which is excellent in adhesiveness to a synthetic resin and excellent in tackiness and blocking resistance after application, and an easily adhesive polyester film which is excellent in adhesiveness to a substrate film and an energy ray-curable resin and furthermore excellent in film transparency.SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin composition essentially comprises: (A) a polyol; (B) a polyisocyanate; (C) a hydrophilic compound represented by formula (1) (wherein Ris a residue obtained by removing one hydroxy group from a dihydric to tetrahydric alcohol or a group represented by RNHCO-; Ris methyl or ethyl; n is a number of 5-35; and R is a residue obtained by removing one isocyanate group from a trimer compound of a diisocyanate); and (D) a monohydroxy vinyl ether compound represented by general formula (2) (wherein Ris 2-9C alkylene; and m is 1 or 2); and water. The easily adhesive polyester film has an easily adhesive layer formed by applying the aqueous polyurethane resin composition on one side of a polyester film. Alkylene oxide units represented by (CH-O)in the component (C) are 3-20 mass% of solid consisting of the components (A)-(D), and the content of the component (D) is 3-25 mass% of the solid.
