Abstract: Some embodiments include a system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method, and/or computer program product and/or combinations and sub-combinations thereof, for implicit power saving operations for a network-controlled repeater (NCR) in a wireless network. Some embodiments include an NCR that can receive a Downlink Control Information (DCI) format including a first Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) monitoring periodicity, KS1, and operate in an On-state for a duration of KS1. The NCR can detect a skipped PDCCH monitoring periodicity, and operate in an Off-state for a duration corresponding to the skipped PDCCH monitoring periodicity. In some embodiments, the NCR operates with a carrier component (CC) with unpaired spectrum supporting slot configurations time division duplex (tdd)-uplink (UL)-downlink (DL)-ConfigurationCommon or tdd-UL-DLConfigurationDedicated. The NCR can detect from a System Information Block (SIB), a flexible orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol, and operate in an Off-state for a duration of the flexible OFDM symbol.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses disclosed herein can generate and report a cross link interference (CLI) report. The CLI report configuration can identify the one or more CLI measurement resources to be measured and reported; one or more CLI measurements to be performed on the one or more CLI measurement resources; one or more CLI measurement occasions to measure the one or more CLI measurement resources; and one or more resources, to be used to report the CLI report. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can generate the CLI report as outlined in the CLI report configuration. Thereafter, these methods, and apparatuses can report the CLI report on Layer 1 signaling, for example, Uplink Control Information (UCI) on a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) or Layer 2 signaling, for example, uplink (UL) Media Access Control-Control Element (MAC-CE) on Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH).

Abstract: This application relates to wireless communications, including methods and apparatus to manage uplink (UL) transmit switching with multiple timing advance groups (TAGs) for wireless devices. A wireless device is configured to use multiple carriers selected from a set of available carriers that can be associated with different TAGs. When a second set of carriers, used after switching from a first set of carriers, includes carriers that belong to different TAGs, the wireless device determines whether to transmit on one or more first uplink transmission occasions for each of the carriers in the second set of carriers based on whether a first UL transmission occasion for at least one carrier overlaps a switching gap time period. The wireless device can disallow transmission on first UL transmission occasions of one or more carriers to accommodate the overlap.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for a network-controlled repeater (NCR) to share power during the simultaneous transmission of a control link and backhaul link. When the total power for transmitting via the control link and the backhaul link are below a maximum power for transmission, the NCR can use the calculated transmission powers for transmitting each link. Otherwise, the NCR can apply a relative priority to the links, a default priority to each link, a stepwise reduction of power, or a power sharing factor. A power sharing technique can be based on whether there is overlap between the links on the same time symbol, where the same or different beams are used for each link, and/or whether a priority flag for an access link is being used. These and many other features and examples are described.
