Abstract: An apparatus and a process for crystallizing substances from solutions or dispersions containing these substances, in a crystallizer containing a classifying zone ( 3 ), comprise a) an inner and an outer circulation system ( 1; 2 ), the inner circulation system ( 1 ) being present in the crystallizer, the inlet of the outer circulation system ( 2 ) being connected to the inner circulation system ( 1 ) via the classifying zone ( 3 ), the outer circulation system, being present outside the crystallizer, the outlet of the outer circulation system ( 2 ) being connected to the inner circulation system ( 1 ) of the crystallizer, and a means for dissolving crystals being arranged in the outer circulation system ( 2 ), before its outlet, b) an inflow ( 4 ) for solution and/or dispersion, which inflow is present on the crystallizer or on the outer circulation system, and c) an outflow ( 5 ) for dispersions, which outflow is arranged on the crystallizer or on the outer circulation system. The novel apparatus has the special feature that a line ( 8 ) connecting the outer and inner circulation systems ( 1; 2 ) to one another and intended for transporting (recycling) dispersion and/or a line ( 8 ) for transporting (recycling) dispersion are additionally present, in which both its entrance and its exit are connected to the inner circulation system ( 1 ).

Abstract: Un aparato para cristalizar sustancias a partir de soluciones o dispersiones que contienen estas sustancias, en un cristalizador que contiene una zona de clasificación (3), comprende:a) Un sistema de circulación interno y un externo (1; 2), el sistema de circulación interno (1) esta presente en el cristalizador, la entrada del sistema de circulación externo (2) esta conectada a sistema de circulación interno (1) por medio de la zona de clasificación (3), el sistema de circulación externo (2) está presente por fuera del cristalizador, en la salida del sistema de circulación externo (2) está conectado al sistema de circulación interno (1) del cristalizador, y un medio para disolver cristales está dispuesto en el sistema de circulación externo (2), antes de su salida,b) un flujo hacia adentro (4) para la solución y/o dispersión, dicho flujo hacia adentro está en el cristalizador o sobre el sistema de circulación externa (2), c) un flujo hacia fuera (5) para las dispersiones, dicho flujo hacia fuera está dispuesto en el cristalizador o sobre el sistema de circulación externo (2),En donde una línea (8) que conecta los sistemas de circulación externo e interno (1; 2) uno con el otro y que tiene el propósito de transportar (reciclar) la dispersión y/o una línea (8) para transportar (reciclar) la dispersión esta adicionalmente presente, en la cual tanto su entrada como su salida están conectadas al sistema de circulación interno (1).

Abstract: The invention relates to a device and to a method for crystallizing substances from solutions or dispersions containing said substances in a crystallizer that comprises a classifying zone (3) and that is further provided with a) an inner and an outer circuit system (1; 2), the inner circuit system (1) being disposed in the crystallizer, the inlet of the outer circuit system (2) being linked with the inner circuit system (2) via a classifying zone (3), the outer circuit system (2) being disposed outside the crystallizer, the outlet of the outer circuit system (2) being linked with the inner circuit system (1) of the crystallizer, and a device for dissolving crystals being disposed in the outer circuit system (2) upstream of the outlet; b) a feed line (4) for the solution and/or dispersion, which is disposed on the crystallizer or on the outer circuit system; and c) an outlet (5) for dispersions that is disposed on the crystallizer or on the outer circuit system. The inventive device is especially characterized in that it is additionally provided with a line (8) for returning/guiding the dispersion that interlinks the outer and the inner circuit system (1; 2) and/or with a line (8) for returning/guiding the dispersion whose inlet and outlet are linked with the inner circuit system (1).
