Abstract: FIELD: organic chemistry, fungicides. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the new above indicated compounds and a method of their synthesis and an agent containing this compound which can be used for fungi and insect-pests control. Invention describes 2-methoxyiminophenyl-acetic acid ortho-substituted amides of the formula (I) where n = 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; X means O or S; Y means 5-membered heteroaromatic system, for example, 3-isoxazolyl, 4-isoxazolyl, 5-isoxazolyl, 1-isoxazolyl, 1-pyrazolyl, 3-pyrazolyl, 4-pyrazolyl, 5-pyrazolyl, 2-oxazolyl, 4-oxazolyl, 5-oxazolyl, 2-thiazolyl, 4-thiazolyl, 5-thiazolyl, 1-imidazolyl, 2-imidazolyl, 4-imidazolyl, 1,2,4-oxadiazolyl-3-yl, 1,2,4-oxadiazole-5-yl, 1,2,4-thiadiazole-3-yl, 1,2,4-thiadiazole-5-yl, 1,2,4-triazole-3-yl, 1,2,4-triazole-5-yl, 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl, 1,3,4-triadiazole-2-yl, 1,2,3-oxadiazole-4-yl. 1,2,3-oxadiazole-5-yl, 1,2,3-triazole-5-yl and 1,2,3-triazole-4-yl which along with R can carry another one or two radicals from the group Cl, CH 3 or CF 3 ; R means halogen atom, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy-group; R means hydrogen atom or C 1 -C 6 -alkyl that can be halogenated partially or completely and/or can carry from one to three substituents taken from the group involving C 1 -C 6 -alkoxyimino-group, phenyl or phenyl that is halogenated partially or completely or cyclopropyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or at definite conditions substituted phenyl or naphthyl or at definite conditions substituted 5-membered heteroaromatic hydrocarbon containing from one to three nitrogen atoms and/or one oxygen atom or one sulfur atom or at definite conditions 6-membered heteroaromatic hydrocarbon containing from one to three nitrogen atoms. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oxime ethers of the general formula (I) where R is C 1-6 -alkyl, C 3-6 -alkenyl, C 1-6 - -halogenalkyl, C 1-4 -alkoxy-C 1-6 -alkyl, C 1-6 -alkoxycarbonylalkyl, C 3-6 -cycloalkylalkyl, phenylalkyl, phenylhydroxyalkyl being phenyl can be substituted with halogen; cyanoalkyl, phenyl- -C 3-6 -alkenyl being phenyl can be substituted with halogen, C 1-2 -halogenalkyl; furan-2-yl-C 1-6 -alkyl; R and R - H, alkyl, alkoxy-group, halogen, cyano- or nitro-group; R is H, phenyl, alkyl, C 3-6 -cycloalkyl, halogenalkyl; R and R - Hor alkyl; X means -CH or nitrogen.
