Abstract: A non-aqueous, stable concentrated single-phase spreading oil (SO) formulation is disclosed. The SO formulation has a compound of formula Ias the active ingredient, and at least one plant oil and polar aprotic organic solvent. Optionally, the SO formulation can also have at least one methylated plant oil. The SO formulation is useful as a blasticide in an aquatic environment of rice plants.
