Abstract: The present invention relates to processes for producing polyurethanes by mixing a) polyisocyanate, b) a mixture obtainable by introducing a salt of an alkali metal or of an alkaline earth metal into a compound containing urethane groups, c) one or more compounds containing epoxy groups and optionally d) polyol, e) chain extenders and f) fillers and other additives to give a reaction mixture and allowing this to react to give the polyurethane, where the content of alkal metal ions or of alkaline earth metal ions per equivalent of urethane groups in the compound b) is from 0.0001 to 3.5. The present invention also relates to a polyurethane obtainable by a process of this type and to the use of a polyurethane of this type for producing bodywork components for vehicles.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a pultruded product, wherein (a) di- or polyisocyanates, (b) compounds having at least two groups that are reactive to isocyanates, (c) catalysts, (d) mold release agents and optionally (e) further auxiliary substances and additives are mixed to form a pultrusion resin system and a fiber material is wetted therewith and cured, wherein the di- and polyisocyanates (a) are mixed with a polyol component (B), containing compounds having at least two groups that are reactive to isocyanates (b), and with catalysts (c), mold release agents (d) and optionally further auxiliary substances and additives (e) and the polyol component (B) has a pH value in the range of 6.5 to 8.5. The invention further relates to a pultruded product that can be obtained in accordance with such a method.
