Abstract: What is proposed is a hydraulic apparatus (17) for a tractor (10) with rear and front implement-mounting devices (11, 13), which allows a substantially parallel control and regulation of a front power lift (15) in addition to a rear power lift (16). In a regulating position, serving as a lowering position (36), of a directional valve (19) assigned to the front power lift (15), the front power lift (15) is connected to the connection for regulated pressure (39) of a pilot-controlled pressure-regulating valve (21), whilst its pressure-loadable run-on connection (41) is connected to a regulating directional valve (23) assigned to the rear power lift (16). The pressure in the front power lift (15) can thereby be regulated to be constant in parallel with the regulation of the power lift (16). To lift out the front power lift (15), the pressure regulation is overridden in a raising position (35) of the front directional valve (19), and with current to the rear lifting unit interrupted, pressure medium is conveyed to the front power lift (15). Abstract: A hydraulic control device (10) for the load-moment limit on the jib arm (11) of a loading crane is proposed in which the directional control valve (35) serving to control a telescopic cylinder (17) has a load-holding non-return valve (55) which at the same time serves as a shut-off means for the pressure-medium flow increasing the load moment. A control chamber (59) is allocated to the spring-loaded closing member (57) of the non-return valve (55). The control chamber (59) is relieved via a control line (61) for the return flow (48, 33) and, when the load-moment limit responds, can be acted upon by a pressure control valve (66) with feed pressure in such a way that the pressure-balanced closing member (57) shuts off the pressure-medium flow increasing the load moment. To unlock the non-return valve (55), its control chamber (59) is relieved by the spool (64) of the directional control valve (35) via a control passage (62), as a result of which a movement at the telescopic cylinder (17) reducing the load moment can be controlled despite response of the load-moment limit.

Abstract: The actuating mechanism for a multi-way valve has a handle (24) supported on a lever (15) and selectively lockable to fixed structure (19) to prevent operation of the lever. The handle is a rod having a hand knob at one end supported for axial and rotary motion in a bearing (18) on the lever. In the locked position of the handle, the other end of the rod engages a hole (23) in the fixed structure. Rotation of the knob about the rod axis releases a latch (33) and allows the rod to withdraw axially, under pressure of a spring (28), from the hole to free the lever for angular movement about its pivot axis.

Abstract: The electrohydraulic mechanism regulates the lifting equipment on a farm tractor, particularly for a plough. It contains a desired-value emitter, together with sensors for two or more regulating values to be processed in the mechanism. These control the lifting mechanism hydraulic motor via a valve, and one of the signals is generated dependent on slippage. Mechanical forces on the lifting equipment (15,45) are used to determine the other value. From these forces a vertical component (19,52) of the lifting force is used to produce the other value.

Abstract: In a hydraulic control apparatus (10), a directional control valve (19) is connected via a line (48) to a shuttle valve (40) and furthermore via a line (39) to a reversing valve (29) which feeds pressure medium delivered by a pump (11) into an inflow line (14) directly back to a return line (28). A restrictor (50) and a non-return valve (51) are located in the line (48). A line (53) which can be attached to the inflow line (14, 17) opens out between the restrictor (50) and the non-return valve (51). Between restrictor (50) and shuttle valve (40) a line (56) branches off to the tank (13). In the neutral position (II) of the directional control valve (19), the line (56) is relieved; the pump (11) delivers when reversing valve (29) is open, at a low neutral circulation pressure. If the directional control valve (19) is actuated, the pressure drop of the pressure medium at the reversing valve (29) serving as pressure balance increases, so that more pressure medium flows to the consumer (59). Consumers can be arranged in the control apparatus (10) with and without pressure increase at the reversing valve (29). A quick change in direction of the directional control valve (19) is possible, the control apparatus (10) being of compact and simple construction. During the change in direction and during the pressure build-up, no pressure medium can leak unintentionally through to the tank (13).
