Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance abrasion resistance of compositional members by forming at least a part of a head of a hybrid material where organic and inorganic materials are mixed through molecular bond. SOLUTION: At least a part of a head is formed of a hybrid material where organic and inorganic materials are mixed through molecular bond. The hybrid material is composed of a resin having a skeletal of polyimide with an inorganic material bonded to the side chain thereof. Oxygen in the imide group of polyimide is linked with the end OH group of the inorganic material SiO2 through hydrogen bond and coordination hybridized. More specifically, the molecule SX of inorganic material is bonded to the skeletal PI of polyimide molecule as a side chain through a hydrogen bonding part B. Because of such a bond, dispersion level is on the order of nm(1×19-9 m) and the inorganic material is not removed easily nor missed through abrasion.

SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of liquids which generate a predetermined viscosity when they are mixed are ejected from liquid ejection type ejection heads 1, 2 on a medium 4, respectively. A conductive material is adhered to a portion 3 on the medium where the viscosity is created and an ultraviolet radiation-curable adhesive for forming an insulation layer is ejected from an insulation layer forming head on the portion where the conductive material is adhered. The ultraviolet light is emitted on the portion where the ultraviolet radiation-curable adhesive is ejected to cure the adhesive, thereby forming an electric circuit pattern consisting of the conductive material 5.

SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a liquid capable of dissolving a resin is ejected from an ejection head 1 on a medium at a portion to be imaged to form a pattern section. After forming the pattern section, the medium is conveyed through a liquid evaporation preventing unit 6 for preventing evaporation of the liquid ejected on the medium. Particles soluble to the liquid are diffused from a particle diffusing unit 3 and the particles are surely fixed to the pattern section, thereby forming an image having good quality.

SOLUTION: A bonding head means 15 sucking and holding a seal tape (t) rich in flexibility separated from release paper to press the same to a surface 22 to be bonded is equipped with suction members 16 having suction surfaces 16a and an elastomer holding member 17 having an elastomer head 17a having a shape fitted to that of the surface 22 to be bonded and provided with an air jet orifice and a suction port and the interval between both suction surfaces 16a is contracted by the protruding movement of the elastomer holding member 17 to form a sagging part in the seal tape (t) and the elastomer head 17a is brought into contact with the sagging part to deform the seal tape (t) into the shape fitted to that of the surface 22 to be bonded and, thereafter, the sesal tape (t) is rapidly bonded to the surface 22 to be bonded with good adhesiveness.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject a markedly small ink drop and to improve the arrival accuracy of the ink drop. SOLUTION: An inorganic material such as SiO2, TiO2 and ZrO2 is dissolved into a solvent including an alkoxide, methoxide, proxide, n-methylpropiden, or the like and a dissolution material of the solvent and an epoxy photosensitive resin is subjected to spin-coating on a metallic substrate 9 to be prebaked to form a first layer 10. An epoxy positive type photosensitive resin is applied on the first layer 10 to form a second layer 11. The exposing by ultraviolet rays is applied thereto by using a mask 22 that allows an exposing light to pass through only a region in a diameter of an ejection nozzle 3. The exposing by ultraviolet rays is further applied thereto by using a gradation mask 23 having a gradation section 25. Next, the exposed section is removed and a curing treatment is executed. Finally, the metallic substrate 9 is dissolved by diluted hydrochloric acid or the like to obtain an orifice plate 1 having the ejection nozzle 3 in which a straight line section 12 and a curve section 14 are formed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection element, and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a plurality of liquid chambers, inner electrodes and a piezoelectric part are constituted integrally without exposing the inner electrode to the inner wall face of the liquid chamber and liquid can be ejected efficiently and highly accurately. SOLUTION: Electrodes 3, 4 are formed on ceramics green sheets 2a, 2b, respectively, by printing and laminated with another ceramics green sheet 2c. A burn-out structure 10 of a carbon compound or wax for constituting a liquid chamber is arranged thereon and supplied with piezoelectric sludge to produce a ceramics green sheet 2d of specified thickness on which an upper electrode 5 is formed by printing. A plurality of such laminate sheets are laminated and integrated and then cut into specified size. Subsequently, it is fired and the burn-out structure 10 is burnt out to form a liquid chamber thus obtaining a multiplayered piezoelectric liquid ejection element comprising inner electrodes 3, 4, 5 comprising a plurality of triple layers, a plurality of liquid chambers and a piezoelectric part are integrated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus and method for forming an image capable of forming an image of a substance difficult to be discharged by a conventional ink jet recording head, forming an original minute image of an ink jet recorder and forming both the images on one recording medium. SOLUTION: Ink droplets are discharged from an ink jet recording head 30 onto a medium to form a first image of the droplets. Thereafter, after a liquid for fixing a powder on the medium is discharged from a discharge head 1 onto the medium to form a pattern, powder is scattered from a powder diffusion chamber 3, the powder is adhered to the pattern to form a second image. Thus, the first image by the droplets and the second image by the powder are formed on the same medium.
