    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve efficiency at the time of the regeneration or the erasing of a signal by demodulating a taking-time ID demodulation at an initial demodulation time of video information and recording it. CONSTITUTION:When a still video floppy disk 4 is inserted into a disk drive 2, a head 6 is moved to a fiftieth track 50. Then, the presence of recordings is detected by an RF detection circuit 16 from the fiftieth track successively and the result is held in a memory in a system control circuit 18. Then, the operation is continued to a first track. A track map is prepared and the information level of this recording/non-recording is used as the first information level. Then, a video signal is regenerated assuming that a recording signal is a field signal and the ID information is demodulated via a preamplifier 14 and an ID demodulation circuit 22. The information of a second information level about the demolulation of the ID information, etc., is held in the memory in the system control circuit 18 and a track map is added.

Thus, calculation for deciding recorded tracks and nonrecorded tracks is performed from a nonrecording signal data corresponding to the detected and stored noise level at the time of nonrecording.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a lamp by detecting that an image pickup means for image-picking up video information from a film obtained by an illuminating means is attached at a specified position and turning on the illuminating means. CONSTITUTION:A switch 2 is provided at a position pressed by the leading edge part of an electronic still camera 9 by fitting and inserting the camera 9 in a video reproducing adapter 1. When the switch 2 is pressed by the camera 9, the switch 2, the lamp 3 and a light source are connected in series and the lamp is turned on. Thus, an object on the film 7 is image-picked up by the camera 9. Meanwhile, by pulling out the camera 9 from the adapter 1, the switch 2 is turned off and the lamp (q) is turned off. By thus providing the switch 2, the film is protected and the service life of the lamp is prolonged.

Then the Ev value at the time of the photography is obtained according to the brightness information and the sensitivity of a film in use and it is discriminated according to the Ev value whether a shutter is released under constant-speed control by the constant voltage control of a voltage control circuit 4 or by turning a motor on and off by applying a source voltage directly to a motor driving circuit 6. Then the number of reference pulses corresponding to the open-aperture diameter of a shutter blade is operated from the Ev value. A control circuit 3 switches and connects a changeover switch 5 to an upper or lower contact shown in the figure with a switching signal (e) according to the shutter releasing speed needs to be brought under the constant speed control by the voltage control circuit 4 or directly from the power source.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the image processing efficiency by properly turning the coordinate axis direction along which an original is read after reading an original in response to the coordinate axis direction of a host computer and then transferring the original to the host computer. SOLUTION: A CCD moves mechanically in the vertical (subscanning) direction against its electrical scanning direction and scans the entire surface of an original 20. Then the original image read by a scanner control part 7 is successively stored in a bit map memory 5 via a system bus 12 as a scan image 21. A main scanning part 9 turns clockwise the image 21 stored in the memory 5 by 90 degrees via an image control part 10 after the entire surface of the original 20 is scanned. Thus an image 22 is obtained and transferred to a host computer 1 via an image system bus 12 and a host I/F 3. Therefore, the image 22 transferred to the computer 1 is set in the same direction as the original 20.

Let both signals be picture element data whose numbers are 1, 2, then a mean value R1 is outputted via a computing element 3207, and outputs of the 0th line and from the delay section 3201 are received by latch groups 3202-3206 and mean values R3-R9 are outputted through computing elements 3208-3211 and inputted to a discrimination section 3215, in which a specific mark is detected and discriminated. CONSTITUTION:A key-inputted output signal from a remote controller 4 is received by a remote control code demodulating part 8 through an infrared light receiving part 6 in a still picture reproducing device 2, and is transmitted to a system control part 10. The system control part 10 drives a disk drive unit 12 so that ID information such as a truck number, etc., to be recorded on a disk 18 is demodulated by an ID demodulating part 25, and after that, it displays the truck number, etc., on a display part 40. Here, if the system control part 10 designates the truck number not existing at the time of key input, it changes the inputted truck number into another truck number by eliminating the largest digit of the inputted truck number while it makes this designation impropriety. Therefore, operability at the time of input is improved, and erroneous input can be easily corrected.
