    Abstract: Proceso para la producción continua de granulados de caucho que contienen cargas basados en emulsiones o látex de caucho acuosos(as), caracterizado porque a) una preparación acuosa de cargas que contiene agentes de precipitación paralelamente con una emulsión acuosa de caucho o un látex se introduce en un reactor, se coagula el caucho sobre la superficie de las carga, y la suspensión precipitada así producida se retira continuamente del reactor. b) Se realiza la alimentación de las materias primas al reactor por tuberías separadas. c) Se realiza la reacción en un reactor tubular que opera continuamente o en varios reactores tubulares dispuestos en serie (cascada) que operan continuamente. d) Se realiza la coagulación del látex por medio de una disminución del pH y/o la adición de una sal soluble en agua de metales de los Grupos IIa, IIb, IIIa, o VIII del Sistema Periódico de los Elementos.

    Abstract: Procedimiento para la fabricación de polvos o gránulos que contienen cargas de silicato y/u óxido basados en emulsiones acuosas de caucho o látex, caracterizado porque: a) se suspende en agua la carga de silicato y/u óxido, uno o más agentes de hidrofobización de la clase de polisiloxano en cantidades de 0,5 a 7%, referidas a la carga, uno o más tensioactivos no iónicos en cantidades de 0,1 a 2%, referidas a la carga, a 10 a 60ºC, y se ajusta a este respecto una densidad de suspensión de 0,5 a 15%, b) a continuación, se añade la emulsión de caucho-látex con agitación a la suspensión de carga, c) se reduce el valor de pH de la mezcla en agua mediante un ácido, preferiblemente ácido sulfúrico o sulfato de aluminio, a un valor de pH de 2,5 a 7, d) se separa el polvo de caucho precipitado de la mayor parte del agua de proceso mediante un procedimiento adecuado de separación sólido/líquido, e) se somete la torta de filtrado precipitada, dado el caso, mediante medidas adecuadas, a un conformado,y f) el producto en forma de polvo o gránulo se seca mediante un procedimiento de secado adecuado hasta una humedad final menor de un 3%.
