Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous power generator for wind power generation which can always generate the power of constant frequency/voltage irrespective of the number of revolutions of a vane-wheel, without using a power conversion device which once converts the power generation output into DC and converts it into the frequency/voltage connected to a commercial frequency power system, even if the power generation frequency of the synchronous power generator for wind power generation itself is low and always fluctuates or power generation voltage itself always fluctuates. SOLUTION: The synchronous power generator is provided with a vane-wheel 1 that receives wind force and turns, a rotor 2 which is directly connected to a rotating shaft of the vane-wheel, and is provided with field windings 17 and armature windings 5 forming power generation voltage by a rotating magnetic field that the rotor forms. The frequency of voltage generated by the armature windings 5 by rotating the rotor 2 which is directly connected to the vane-wheel and the current of the frequency equivalent to the difference of the commercial frequency power system connected to the frequency are supplied to the field windings 17. Abstract: PURPOSE: To elongate electrical and mechanical life and obtain a stabilized temperature characteristic by a method wherein a valve is not opened or closed when a difference between an indoor temperature and a target temperature set value is very small or a time for opening or closing a valve is very short. CONSTITUTION: An target temperature set value, set by a target temperature setting means 27, and an indoor temperature, detected by a temperature sensor 9, are read into a set temperature inputting unit 22 and an indoor temperature inputting unit 23 respectively. When a difference, obtained in a difference deciding unit 28, is higher than a value, set by a deciding value inputting means 29, the difference is sent into a PID control unit 24 to operate while the result of operation is sent into a valve opening and closing time outputting unit 25 to determine the opening and closing time of a valve 7 and open or close the valve 7. When the difference is lower than a set value, the PID control unit 24 does not effect operation and the result of operation is not outputted whereby the opening degree of the valve 7 is kept as it is. According to this method, the electrical and mechanical life of the system can be elongated and a stabilized temperature characteristic can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To hold information stored over a long period with an inexpensive device, by constituting pump operation information just before so as to be written in a nonvolatile memory means when such as interrupted power supply occurs, as well as to eliminate necessity for an auxiliary power supply circuit for storing supply water pump operation information. CONSTITUTION: When a power supply is introduced, an action process is started by a control action program, to read information from a non-volatile memory element 5, and to perform initial setting for performing control action based on this information. Successively, an input process of input information from an input part 1 is performed, next to perform a control process of a supply water pump. During operation of the supply water pump, in the case of detecting power interruption in a power interruption detecting circuit 7, instantaneously operation information, alarm information, etc., are memoried in the memory element 5. Next, when the power supply is reset, action is performed at the first power supply introduced time, to call each kind of information just before power interruption stored in the memory element 5, and the supply water pump is reset to the same condition to a condition just before power interruption.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a cryopump which prevents abrupt fluctuation of a load of an expander motor, operates it in a proper state, and detects maintenance and inspection timing such as regeneration. CONSTITUTION:A cryopump has a detecting means 35 which detects operation parameters of operation passint time in the present operation cycle of the cryopump, and a memory means 53 which stores values of the operation parameters in respect to the operation passing time in the former operation cycle as managing parameters. A computing control means 51 outputs a driving command signal which controls a rotational speed of an expander immediately after of the present operation from its operation parameters, by the use of the present rotational speed, and the rotational speed of the management parameters in the operation passing time corresponding to the former operation cycle stored in the management parameters. An expander motor driving means 57 drives an expander motor based on the driving command signal.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter apparatus which can surely detect grounding failure of a load, without deteriorating the reliability of an inverter. SOLUTION: This inverter apparatus has an inverter 1, which converts a DC output of a DC power supply into an AC output and supplies the AC output to a load and an operational processor 2 which controls the inverter 1. A DC voltage V 1 is applied to one of the output terminals of the inverter via a series circuit of a resistor R 1 and a reverse current preventing diode D 1 . A voltage, obtained by dividing the output terminal voltage, is compared with a preset reference voltage by a comparator Q 1 , to detect the grounding of a load 3. Or a DC voltage is applied to one of the output terminals of the inverter via a resistor and a photocoupler, and by deciding whether a current applied to the photocoupler exists, the ground of the load is detected.
