    Abstract: Compounds being selected from the group represented by the following structural formulas: WHERE W can be CHR3, O, or S(O)n and where n can be 0, 1 or 2, or N-R4. R3 can be hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl and R4 can be R3, nitro, amino, or O. Q at different positions can be different and is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1 to C10 alkyl, C3 to C10 alkenyl, C4 to C10 alkynyl, C3 to C8 cycloalkyl, C1 to C7 alkoxy, C3 to C10 cycloalkoxy, C1 to C10 alkylthio, C1 to C10 alkylamino, C2 to C20 dialkylamino, C3 to C10 cycloalkylamino, C6 to C20 dicycloalkylamino. Each of the above mentioned hydrocarbon groups may be optionally substituted by halogen, hydroxy, C1 to C4 alkoxy, sulphonamido, C1 to C4 alkylthio, nitro, cyano, thiocyano or perhaloalkyl; C6 or C10 aryl, C6 or C10 aryloxy, C6 or C10 arylthio where the aforementioned groups may be optionally substituted by C1 to C4 alkyl, C1 to C4 alkoxy, C1 to C4 alkylthio, halogen, hydroxy, nitro, cyano, or carboalkoxy. Q may also be cyano, sulphonamido, C1 to C6 carboalkoxy, perfluoroalkyl, nitro, mercapto, C4 to C9 heteroaryl or C1 to C10 acyloxy optionally substituted by C1 to C4 alkyl, C1 to C4 alkoxy, C1 to C4 alkylthio, halogen, nitro, cyano, carboalkoxy, thiocyano or perhaloalkyl. When Q is C1 to C10 alkyl, y may take values from 0 to 6. y may take values from 0 to 4 for all other definitions of Q. B may be O or S.
