Abstract:
A test circuit includes two probes, a comparison circuit, a switch circuit, and an indication circuit. The probes are connected to an electronic component to be tested, and a low level signal is output if the electronic component is short-circuited. The comparison circuit outputs a comparison signal based on the shorting signal from the probes. The switch circuit outputs a switch signal based on the comparison signal from the comparison circuit. The indication circuit indicates that the electronic component is short-circuited or not short-circuited based on the switch signal fro m the switch circuit.
Abstract:
A heat dissipation device for a computer case is positioned over a hole of the computer case. The heat dissipation device includes a fan, two motors, two plates, and a controller. The fan is fixed in the computer case, and covers the hole. The two motors are positioned at two opposite sides of the fan. Each motor has a motor shaft parallel to a fan shaft of the fan. The two plates are respectively fixed on the two motor shafts. A distance between the two plates along the direction parallel to the motor rotor is greater than or equal to the thickness of the board. A controller is electrically connected to the fan and the two motors. The controller controls the two motors rotate the two boards for exposing or blocking the hole as the fan is on or off.
Abstract:
An alarm circuit is for a fan. The alarm circuit includes a direct current converting circuit, a first electronic switch, a second electronic switch, a clock chip, and a light emitting diode. When the fan does not operate, the light emitting diode blinks to warn the user that the fan may have a problem.
Abstract:
A desktop computer includes a host portion, a network interface card and a first interface. The network interface card includes a first pin, a second pin, and a third pin. The first interface includes a fourth pin connected to both the second and third pins of the network interface card, and a fifth pin connected to the first pin. The screen includes a second interface connected to the first interface, a first LED, and a second LED. The second interface includes a sixth pin connected to the fourth pin, and a seventh pin connected to the fifth pin. The seventh pin is connected to a power supply through the first LED. The sixth pin is connected to the power supply through the second LED. When there is communication through a network connection, the first LED and the fourth LED to flash synchronously.
Abstract:
A Registered Jack-45 (RJ-45) connector assembly includes an RJ-45 connector, and an assisting apparatus for unplugging the RJ-45 connector. The RJ-45 connector includes a slanted resilient latch. The assisting apparatus includes a latching portion and a pressable portion. A receiving slot is defined in the front end of the latching portion, to engage with the resilient latch of the RJ-45 connector. When the pressable portion is pressed, the assisting apparatus drives the resilient latch of the RJ-45 connector to deform and disengage from a connector of an electronic device.
Abstract:
A computer enclosure includes a side panel, and a number of rolling assemblies mounted on the side panel. When the rolling assemblies contact a surface, the computer enclosure can be moved with rolling of the rolling assemblies on the surface.
Abstract:
A keyboard includes a keyboard body, a first resistor, a first capacitor, a jumper block mounted to the keyboard body, a battery, a keyboard interface, and a keyboard control circuit. The jumper block includes a grounded first pin and a second pin. The battery includes a positive terminal grounded by the first resistor and the first capacitor connected in series, and a grounded negative terminal. The keyboard interface includes a data pin, a voltage pin, and an idle pin. The idle pin is connected to a node between the first resistor and the first capacitor, and connected to the second pin of the jumper block. The keyboard control circuit is connected to the data pin to transmit data, and connected to the voltage pin to receive a voltage.
Abstract:
A method for adjusting display parameters of a monitor connected to a host computer. The host computer includes a video card. If the monitor cannot display data normally, the method selects a group of display parameters C2, which has not been used by the monitor, and is applicable to both the video card and the monitor, and sets the parameters in the selected group of display parameters C2 as the preferred display parameters of the monitor.
Abstract:
An overcurrent protection circuit includes an operational amplifier, a first resistor, a second resistor, and a switch. A non-inverting input of the operational amplifier is connected to an output of a power supply circuit and an inverting input of the operational amplifier is connected to a first terminal of a load of the power supply circuit. A second terminal of the load is grounded. The first and second resistors are connected in parallel and coupled between the inverting input and the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier. The switch is coupled to an enable terminal of the power supply circuit and coupled to an output of the operational amplifier.
Abstract:
A support frame to support an electronic component of a computer system is provided. The support frame includes four support posts and two pairs of brackets mounted on the support posts. Each bracket includes a bottom surface and two side edges extending from opposite sides of the bottom surface along the same axis. A guide member is slidably mounted between one pair of brackets. The guide member includes a main body and two sliding portions positioned on opposite sides of the main body. A plurality of rolling members is movably mounted between the sliding portion and the corresponding side edges of the at least one pair of brackets. The electronic component is secured to the main body, and generating an amount of roll friction when the electronic component is inserted into or withdrawn from the brackets.
