Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity removing device enabled to remove a static electricity of the object to be treated efficiently even in the severe circumstance to an X-ray generator. SOLUTION: The static electricity removing device has a body of equipment 7 fixed to the outer surface of a high temperature furnace 3, and an X-ray generator 8 generating X-ray is housed in the body of equipment 7. A pair of X-ray transmission plates 17A, 17B, transmitting the X-ray radiated from the X-ray generator 8, are installed on the high temperature furnace 3. An air supply path 19 and an air exhaust path 20 are connected to the space between the X-ray transmission plates 17A, 17B. Cooling air is supplied to the space between the X-ray transmission plates 17A, 17B through the air supply path 19, and exhausted through the air exhaust path 20. Thus, the X-ray generator 8 can be used in the state adjacent to the high temperature furnace 3.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded product producing method and apparatus capable of enhancing the transfer efficiency of a resin sheet and the yield of a resin molded product. SOLUTION: A resin molded product producing method includes a process for transferring a resin sheet 1 in a constant direction, a process for the molding processing of the transferred resin sheet 1, a process for cutting the molded resin sheet 1 to separate the same into a resin molded products 7 possible to laminate and a process for laminating the resin molded products. In this case, when the resin sheet 1 is transferred to be subjected to molding processing and the molded sheet is cut to be separated into the resin molded products 7 and these products 7 are irradiated with X-rays, X-rays transmit through the resin molded products 7 and air in the vicinity of the upper and rear surfaces of the resin molded products 7 is ionized to collectively and uniformly destaticize the resin molded products 7. Therefore, the mutual shift of the resin molded products 7 caused by electrostatic repulsion is prevented when the resin molded products 7 are laminated and it is prevented that the resin molded products are partially melted or scorched by the discharge between the resin molded products.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner by which dust such as the dead body, excrements, fine powder or the like of charged mite can be suction-removed efficiently. SOLUTION: A cleaner 10 is so constructed that a housing 12 for storing a rotary brush 11 for scraping out the dust, a dust collecting bag 14 for accumulating the sucked dust, and a suction hose 16 for transporting the dust from the housing 12 to the dust collecting bag 14 are accomodated in an enclosure 18. Two X-ray sources (front X-ray source 30 and rear X-ray source 32) for radiating X-rays to the rotary brush 11 are fixed to the inner wall of the housing 12, and the outer wall of the housing 12 is covered with a shielding plate 34 formed of polyvinylchloride. The suction hose 16 is provided with an X-ray source 38 for the hose, which is adapted to apply X-rays to the inner wall of the suction hose 16, and the outer wall of the suction hose 16 is covered with an X-ray shielding member 39.

SOLUTION: The X-ray generator 1 comprises the X-ray tube 11, having a cathode part 16, a grid electrode 15 and a target 22, a voltage controller 27 and 32 for controlling the voltages applied to the cathode part 16 and the grid electrode 15, and switches 33 and 34 for switching on and off the X-ray generator 1 and X-ray emission. The voltage controller 27 and 32 applies a positive standby voltage Vf1 to the cathode part 16 and applies a negative cutoff voltage Vc1 to the gird electrode 15, according to an on signal to the X-ray generator 1 and an off signal to X-ray emission. According to the on- signal to the X-ray generator 1 and the on-signal to X-ray emission, a cathode- operating voltage Vf2 higher than the standby voltage Vf1 is applied to the cathode part 16, and a grid-operating voltage Vc2 higher than the cutoff voltage Vc1 is applied to the grid electrode 15.

SOLUTION: A sample OBJ placed inside a scan range is scanned by an electron beam EB. Charged particles or the like that pass to the back of the scan range are detected by a transmitted electron detector 20, which then outputs a detection signal A. A binarizing circuit 28 forms a binary signal AHL according to the detection signal A. A background eliminating circuit 26 switches a switching element 26a according to the logic level of the binary signal AHL, thereby eliminates information in the detection sample A about scanning of areas other than the sample OBJ, sets the detection signal A to ground potential, and transfers the signal to an image signal forming circuit 26b, to cause a display device 30 to display a reproduced image. Because the background information is eliminated, an image of the subject OBJ is reproduced and displayed clearly.

Further, the cleaning means 12 is composed of an erasing X-ray generator means which ionizes the air on the photosensitive layer on which coloring fine grains remain with the irradiation with the X-rays transmitting the drum 13 and the layer 14, from the inside of the drum 13 and generates carriers in the layer 14.

Ahead of the window 7 an air jet 14 is formed through which the air having flowed to the window 7 is jetted out in the same direction as the soft X-ray irradiating direction.
