PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method of controlling access to an area accessible to persons to give an access right as an access code to more authorized persons while ensuring security. SOLUTION: The method of controlling the access to the area accessible by persons, particularly to the space closed by the door 1, is provided with a first portable communication unit 20 in which at least one access code is stored, besides, provided with at least one second portable communication unit 30 and a receiver 10 for receiving the access code. The access code is transmitted by the first communication unit 20 to the second communication unit 30. The access code is transmitted to the receiver 10 by this second communication unit 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method of guiding a user in an environment, particularly in a building so as to accurately specify a location of the user on one hand and so as to provide data for guidance in the building in accordance with the location of the user on the other hand. SOLUTION: It is provided that at least one first communications unit (10, 11, 12) communicates data to a mobile second communications unit (20) carried by a user (30). In that case, the first communications unit (10, 11, 12) transmits a contact signal within a predetermined range (R) for establishing contact with the second communications unit (20). If the second communications unit (20) is located within the range (R) and receives the contact signal, contact is established between the first communications unit (10, 11, 12) and the second communications unit (20). In order to enable the guidance of the user (30) through the environment by means of the second communications unit (20), data are communicated from the first communications unit (10, 11, 12) to the second communications unit (20). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for transporting means or access means, a system for security control of and/or transporting person/good and a method of operating the system. SOLUTION: At least one of response signals 2, 2' and 2" is sent by at least one of identification transmitters 1, 1' and 1". The response signal is received by at least one of recognition devices 10 and 10' and recognized by the recognition device using a recognition protocol. One control signal that conforms to the control protocol 3 or 3' of the recognition device 10 or 10' is sent for one of the recognized response signals 2, 2' or 2". Control devices 11 and 11' read control signals according to at least two different control protocols 3 and 3'. The control devices 11 and 11' recognize control signals and send at least one secondary control signal 5 for one of the recognized control signals.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check the cost of production so sharply in use of an ordinary electronic component and also to improve the safety and reliability of a monitor. SOLUTION: A monitor 1 for elevator operation control is comprised of two modules, a safety circuit sensor system 2, and a circuit 3 equipped with a motor switching or brake switching function or both of them in substance, and in this constitution, the monitoring of a safety circuit 4 and motions pertaining to this monitoring eliminates any conductive separation spot, and they are solely carried out by an electronic component. If this electronic component is utilized, an electromechanical switching element with this conductive separation spot is omissible. Moreover, since any switching noise is not generated, a noise level is sharply abatable. This means that there is a favorable effect in case of such an elevator installation as having no machine room in particular.

The invention relates to a method of operating an elevator system in a building with at least two storeys (1, 1', 1''), at least one elevator door (3, 3', 3'') and at least one building door (2, 2', 2''). Through opening and/or closing of a building door (2, 2', 2'') the storey (1, 1', 1'') of the opened and/or closed building door (2, 2', 2'') is defined as start storey and a destination call for an elevator cage (7) to the start storey is actuated: As soon as the elevator cage (7) has reached the start storey the elevator door (3, 3', 3'') of the start storey is opened. As soon as at least one user has entered the elevator cage (7) the opened elevator door (3, 3', 3'') is closed and the user is moved by the elevator cage (7) to a destination storey.
