Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make liquid scattering visually recognizable and reduce the particle size of a scattered liquid to decrease the amount of the liquid consumed by applying ultrasonic vibration to a liquid container for containing the liquid to be atomized by a piezoelectric element and blowing air from a spray port, allow the piezoelectric transducer to be oscillated intermittently at a specified frequency. SOLUTION: The bottom of a pore section 21A at the upper end to or from which the cap 12 of a housing 11 is attached or detached is sealed with a film 21B to form a liquid container 21 for a liquid A to be atomized, such as an ophthalmic drug. Further, an ultrasonic wave transfer medium B is charged into the container 21 and a piezoelectric transducer 22 is liquid-tightly fitted to the filling port 23A of the container 21. Ultrasonic vibration is applied to liquid A by the piezoelectric transducer 22 via the ultrasonic wave transfer medium B to atomize liquid A. The piezoelectric transducer 22 is caused to intermittently oscillate at a frequency of 1-5 MHz by a drive circuit arranged in a hollow section 11A. Thus, the particle size of atomized liquid A is reduced e.g. to about 1-10 μm.

Preferably, the contact angle of the blade 15 to skin is set in 5-60 deg., and the vibrational direction angle of the blade 15 to skin is set in 15-75 deg. for retarding damage of keratin of skin.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain effective pressure point stimulation by forming a pressure point stimulating chip for attaching to a pressure point part from a polarized piezoelectric body. SOLUTION: A generally-circular piezoelectric body (piezoelectric element) 7 having silver electrodes 5, 6 on its both surfaces is disposed on a generally- circular aluminum base plate 4 for example to constitute an pressure point stimulating chip 3. This piezoelectric body 7 is formed, for example, from sintering and polarizing ceramics such as lead titanate zirconate. One surface of the piezoelectric body 7 is electrified in plus and the other surface, in minus by an external force to generate electric potential within the body and to produce piezoelectric efficiency. The pressure point stimulating chip 3 is disposed on an attaching cloth 1 in such a manner that an attaching side of the attaching cloth 1 is electrified by minus load and the back side of the attaching cloth 1 is electrified by plug load. A base plate 4 for controlling a height of the chip 3 has a diameter of about 10 mm and a thickness of about 1.5 mm. This constitution makes it possible to effectively practice the pressure point stimulation.

Thus it is possible to massage without passing electric current to a human body and use for a weak-conditioned person and so on.
