Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous hair washing agent having performance excellent in all of foaming upon washing, rinsability upon rinsing and hair gloss after drying.SOLUTION: An aqueous hair washing agent contains components (A), (B) and (C) and water and has a pH of 2 to 5 at 25°C when diluted 20 times by mass with water. (A) is a sulfone oxide of internal olefin. (B) is an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of the following (B1) to (B5); (B1) aromatic alcohol; (B2) polypropylene glycol; (B3) N-alkylpyrrolidone; (B4) alkylene carbonate; and (B5) lactone or cyclic ketone. (C) is an organic carboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of hydroxy monocarboxylic acid and dicarboxylic acid.
