PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an effervescent bath agent composition excellent in sufficient warming effects and carbon dioxide gas effervescence.SOLUTION: This production method of the effervescent bath agent composition comprises: a step 1 of mixing an organic acid, a nonionic surfactant in an amount of 0.1 pt.mass or more based on 100 pts.mass of the organic acid and a water-soluble binder with one another to produce a mixture; a step 2 of subjecting the mixture obtained in the step 1 to granulation, compression molding, or granulation and subsequent compression molding to produce granules or a compressed molding; a step 3 of mixing the granules or the compressed molding produced in the step 2 with a carbonate salt.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granulated substance for a bathing agent having excellent solubility at feeding thereof to bath water.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the granulated substance for bathing agent containing an organic acid, a hydrophilic activator and an oily ingredient includes a step of adding and mixing the oily ingredient after mixing the organic acid and the hydrophilic activator.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing agent composition which is excellent in a sufficient warming effect and in a carbon dioxide bubbling property, has a granule strength capable of resisting to handling, and is excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: A method for producing the bubbling powder bathing agent composition comprises a process 1: for mixing an oily ingredient, a nonion surfactant, a water-soluble binder, and an organic acid to obtain an intermediate composition, a process 2: for granulating the intermediate composition obtained in the process 1 to obtain granules of a component (A), and a process 3: for mixing the component (A) with the carbonate of a component (B). The composition produced by the method has good storage stability, forms fine bubbles to enhance the concentration of carbon dioxide in a bath, and therefore gives an excellent blood circulation-promoting effect. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion granule low in fine particle ratio, fracture load, i.e. having little stickiness and excellent flowability even when the content of GDA is high, a manufacturing method of the same, a solid detergent composition, use of the solid detergent composition, a coloring suppression method for suppressing coloring of the solid detergent composition.SOLUTION: There is provided an extrusion granule containing 25 to 90 mass% of a compound (A component) represented by the general formula (1) and 3 to 50 mass% of a polymer (B component) containing a constitutional unit derived from carboxylic acid having an active unsaturated group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms or a salt thereof, and having the total content of the A component and the B component in the granule of 28 to 95 mass%. In the formula (1), R represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, M, Mand Meach independently represent one kind selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, ammonium, alkanol ammonium and alkylammonium.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubbling powder bathing agent composition which is excellent in a warming touch and in a carbon dioxide bubbling property, does not cause the collapse of granules even on transportation and the like in a production process, and is excellent in a granule strength capable of resisting to handling and in storage stability. SOLUTION: The bubbling powder bathing agent composition comprises: (A) 30 to 80 mass% of granules comprising an organic acid, an oily ingredient, a nonionic surfactant and a water-soluble binder; and (B) 70 to 20 mass% of a carbonate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilic component-containing powder and a manufacturing method of the same, which easily converts the lipophilic component to stable and minute emulsified oil droplets even when the lipophilic component contains a shaping agent and a high content of the lipophilic component-containing a nonionic surfactant based on polyoxyalkylene in the powder, and capable of sustaining the oil droplets in minute state in converting to powder, hardly oozing out the lipophilic component even under the application of an external force load. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the lipophilic component-containing powder prepared by drying an oil in water type emulsion containing (A) a lipophilic component, (B) a nonionic surfactant based on polyoxy(2-3C)alkylene, (C) an alkyl polyoxyethylene acetate (I), and (D) a shaping agent and water, and to the method for producing the same and tablets prepared by making tablets of a powder containing the lipophilic component-containing powder.
