Abstract: The diaper (11) has front, rear and crotch portions and comprises a liquid permeable topsheet (12), a liquid impermeable backsheet (13) and an absorbent member (14) disposed between them. An elongate liquid permeable inner sheet (15) is situated adjacent the topsheet (12) and extends over the crotch portion, the two end portions (25, 26) of the inner sheet being connected to the front and rear portions, respectively, of the tops hoot. The connection of at least one of the end portions (25, 26) to the topsheet (12) is releasable and constituted by peelable adhesive or a line of perforations. Abstract: The wrapping film of the present invention has a sticky surface, convexities, and flat portions of film disposed between the convexities on at least one side, and comprises at least one agent selected from the group consisting of a surface active agent, an adhesive agent, and an oily agent. The wrapping film has a shear adhesion strength of at most 400 cN/25 cm2 when measured subsequent to bringing said sticky surface into contact with a glass surface having a surface roughness of from 0.7 to 1.5 nm under a pressure of 4 Pa, a shear adhesion strength of at least 700 cN/25 cm2 when measured subsequent to bringing said sticky surface into contact with said glass surface under a pressure of 4 kPa, and the ratio of the height of the convexities to the thickness of the flat portion ranges from 0.03 to 1.67. The wrapping film may also have a surface with a roughness and waviness (Ra') of at least 40 nm as measured in a non-extended state, and an elongation at break of at least 10%.

Accordingly, a leakage of a liquid is prevented at the time of wearing, and also, by allowing vapor to transmit through, stuffiness and diaper skin eruptions can be prevented effectively. Also, as for such a sheet, a drawing moisture permeable film of polyolefin is given, and since strength in the drawing direction is high, in this case, by using the sheet drawn in the width direction, the improvement of strength in the width direction of the diaper can be attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of secretion by arranging a liquid transmission sheet in which the both edge parts in the longitudinal direction are fixed and the intermediate part is not fixed, onto the upper surface of a top sheet over an absorbing body. CONSTITUTION:A liquid transmission upper surface sheet 15 exists on the upper surface of a top sheet 12, and is fixed with the top sheet 12 at the both edge parts 25 and 26 in the longitudinal direction of a diaper 11, and the intermediate part is not fixed, and forms a free part 27. The width of the upper sheet 15 is preferably 30-70% of that of the diaper 11, and the value less than the min. width of the crotch part 22 of an absorbing body 14 is preferable, since the absorptive faculty of an absorbing body 14 is effectively utilized. The length of the upper surface sheet 15 which is not equal to that of the dipper 11 is permitted, and the substantially shorter value is preferable. Since the intermediate part of a liquid transmission upper surface sheet 15 is not fixed with the absorbing body 14, the diaper 11 can be closely applied onto the crotch part of a user, without being influenced by the deformation of the absorbing body 14. Therefore, the secretion of the user such as urine and feces can be effectively absorbed, and the leak preventing function and absorptive function can be improved.
