Abstract:
The method involves receiving a package of a flow of coded video stream coming from a video coder through an interface screen. A transport interface is reconfigured, and a signal is transmitted through a broadcasting network. The flow package is stored in a database (412), where the flow package has a reference value for a program clock. A frame of a transport interface is provided in a queue. A research is performed in the queue corresponding to a request from a user who carries out an access through a communication network. The package is transmitted through the communication network. An independent claim is also included for a device for providing a video service.

Lors de la fourniture d'un service Web de diffusion basé sur une diffusion multimédia numérique (DMB) terrestre, un site Web de diffusion de qualité étendue est formé en combinant des données pour un service de site Web de diffusion de qualité de base et des données fournies en plus. Pour cela, des objets correspondant à des données pour le service de site Web de diffusion de qualité de base sont émis par le biais d'une couche de base et des objets correspondant aux données pour le service de site Web de diffusion de qualité étendue sont émis par le biais d'une couche d'amélioration.
Abstract:
The apparatus (100) has a base layer processing unit (101) for converting multiple elementary streams into packets to generate a transport stream. A synchronization unit (103) generates information of a reference clock program of the transport stream to the base layer based on a system clock time. A multiplexing unit (160) generates a broadcasting stream by multiplexing a broadcast transport stream of the base layer with a dummy package. A transmission processing unit (170) transmits the broadcast stream through a transmission channel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for synchronizing transport streams in a digital broadcasting system (2) a receiving apparatus comprising a receiving unit for receiving transport streams in a digital broadcasting system (3) a method of receiving transport streams in a digital broadcasting system.

Il est proposé un procédé de fourniture d'un signal de diffusion 3D à l'aide d'un système DMB comprenant : une étape de réception d'un signal de diffusion comprenant un signal audio, un signal vidéo 2D, un signal vidéo 3D, un signal de données générales et un signal de données 3D additionnelles ; une étape de génération d'un flux continu de couche de base en multiplexant le signal audio, le signal vidéo 2D et le signal de données générales ; une étape de génération d'un flux continu de couche d'amélioration en multiplexant le signal audio, le signal vidéo 3D, le signal de données générales et le signal de données 3D additionnelles ; et une étape de génération d'un signal de diffusion 3D en modulant le flux continu de couche de base et le flux continu de couche d'amélioration.

Provided is a DMB/mobile telecommunication integrated service terminal and a method for connecting a DMB network and a mobile telecommunication network, which can provide a DMB broadcasting service in a mobile environment and a two-way data service through a mobile telecommunication network simultaneously by integrating a mobile telecommunication terminal and a mobile DMB receiving terminal and physically/logically connecting them into one entity. The DMB/mobile telecommunication integrated service terminal for connecting a network between DMB and a mobile telecommunication includes a DMB broadcasting processing block for extracting video/audio and synchronized data, transmitting the video/audio to corresponding application program for restoration, and transmitting the DMB data to a DMB/mobile telecommunication network connecting block, but generating network linkage data by integrating mobile data with the DMB data in case that the mobile data are transmitted from a mobile telecommunication accessing block; a DMB/mobile telecommunication network connecting block for controlling the DMB broadcasting processing block, an application program or a mobile telecommunication accessing block to receive a DMB broadcasting or provide a mobile telecommunication service, requesting additional mobile data to a return channel server through the mobile telecommunication accessing block upon a user request during DMB broadcasting reception, and processing the network linkage data generated in the DMB broadcasting processing block; and the mobile telecommunication accessing block for performing a mobile telecommunication network accessing process receiving the mobile data from the return channel server, and transmitting the mobile data to the DMB broadcasting processing block or the DMB/mobile telecommunication network connecting block under control of the DMB/mobile telecommunication network connecting block. An apparatus for transmitting digital multimedia broadcasting includes: a base layer processor that outputs a base layer stream; an enhancement layer processor that outputs an enhancement layer stream; and a transmitter that modulates the enhancement layer stream based on one of a first and second hierarchical modulation modes using different modulation schemes and maps a symbol of the modulated enhancement layer stream based on a symbol position of the base layer stream to generate a transmission frame.
