Abstract:
A method and apparatus for communicating a sound wave is provided. The apparatus includes: a sound wave converter converting a sound wave signal transmitted from a counter apparatus through the human body into an electrical signal when the sound wave is transmitted from the counter apparatus through the human body and converting an electrical signal on data to be output to the counter apparatus into a sound wave; a data processor receiving the converted electrical signal from the sound wave converter and transmitting an electrical signal on the data to be output to the sound wave converter when the data to be output exists; and a switch connected between the sound wave converter and the data processor, the switch transmitting the converted electrical signal to the data processor and transmitting the electrical signal on the data to be output to the sound wave converter. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently transmit a signal with a low loss of sound wave signal. Thus, it is possible to simply construct communication hardware at a low price.
Abstract:
During a listening window after a sleep window, a terminal receives a control signal that indicates existence of data corresponding to the terminal, and enters a sleep window if no data corresponding to the terminal exists.

PURPOSE: A method for managing a hybrid automatic repeat request buffer is provided to reduce a memory size used for HAQR(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) burst search by regularly maintaining time to be required for HAQR burst search. CONSTITUTION: A HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) buffer control unit stores HARQ burst in a burst storing area of a HARQ buffer in an initial transmission state of the HARQ burst(S310). An HARQ burst index of corresponding HARQ burst is generated(S320). The HARQ buffer control unit adds a generated arrayafter the final arrayof in HARQ index table by forming the generated HARQ burst index and a HARQ burst address into one arrangement(S330). The arrayof the HARQ index table is re-arranged by using the HARQ burst index as a key(S340). The HARQ buffer control unit increases the number of HARQ bursts one more(S350).
Abstract:
A modulation device, a demodulation device and a wireless modem are provided to reduce power consumption during an active mode by disconnecting a driving clock during a standby period. A wireless modem includes a wireless core module(60), a modulator(10), a demodulator(20), a synchronizer(30), and a clock controller(40). The wireless core module transmits and receives wireless signals. The modulator converts data to be transmitted into the wireless signal and delivers the wireless signal to the wireless core module. The demodulator converts the signal from the wireless core module to reception data. The synchronizer adjusts a synchronization of the signal from the wireless core module. The clock controller generates driving clocks for the modulator, demodulator, and the synchronizer.
Abstract:
A multi-FA personal subscriber station and a method of ordering protocol data units thereof is provided. The present invention allows for simultaneously accessing two frequency channels to transmit and receive data and appropriately ordering protocol data units transmitted through each frequency channel, thereby minimizing errors in TCP/IP packet transmission. According to the present invention, two frequency channels are simultaneously accessed to transmit and receive data and protocol data units transmitted through each of the frequency channels are ordered, thereby minimizing errors in TCP/IP packet transmission.
Abstract:
A multi-carriers management device of a communication system supporting multi-carriers requests a terminal attempting to enter a sleep window to change a primary carrier, and transmits a control message to the terminal through the changed primary carrier during the sleep window.
