Abstract:
A method for the production of a frame-shaped spacer for insulating glass panes which includes individual glass plates spaced by adhering the spacer to them, including the steps of selecting a metallic hollow profile bar, which includes an outer wall, an inner wall opposite the outer wall and two flanks which are parallel to one another, the inner wall and the outer wall being narrower than the hollow profile bar, and forming the spacer from the hollow profile bar, so that their flanks face the glass plates.
Abstract:
The invention describes a method and a device for positioning insulating glass panes (24, 25) that are arranged in pairs one opposite the other in a vertical assembly and pressing device for insulating glass panes which is part of a production line for insulating glass panes, in which a first glass sheet (24) and a second glass sheet (25) carrying a spacer (27), intended for one insulating glass pane, are fed into the assembly and pressing device in upright position, standing on a horizontal conveyor and leaning against a first supporting device (1, 31), the assembly and pressing device comprising an arrangement consisting of two pressure plates (la, 2a) that can be transferred from a first position, in which they are inclined in opposite directions, to a second position in which they are positioned one in parallel to the other.
Abstract:
According to the invention, a suspended blade (55) is provided as a seal which is active between the plates (1a, 2a), said blade comprising a suspension (52) which can be displaced along the upper edge of the first of the two plates (1a), the distance of the suspension from each plane being changeable. The front side of the first plate (1a) lies in said suspension and the blade (55) is provided, at least on one side, with a reversible yielding sealing compound.
Abstract:
A measuring camera has a camera housing fixed to a rigid frame providing a reference surface against which an objective lens unit is held so that for a plurality of such units, all can have their respective projection centrums located at a fixed position within the housing. The frame has guides on which a sensor, e.g. of the CCD type, is mounted for movement parallel to the optical axis without play.
Abstract:
For filling the insulating glass panes with a heavy gas, one of the glass plates(40) which are to constitute the insulating glass pane is only partly joined to the other glass plate (42) before the assembling, particularly in that said one glass plate is bent so that a gaplike opening temporarily remains between the glass plate (40) and the spacer (41) and the interior space of the insulating glass pane can be filled with a heavy gas through said gaplike opening.
Abstract:
To fill insulating glass panes with a heavy gas, one of the glass plates (40) of which the insulating glass pane is formed is initially only partly joined to the other glass plate (42) during assembly and to that end is flexed along one edge so that a gap is temporarily left between the glass plate (40) and the spacer (41) and a heavy gas can be introduced through that gap to fill the interior space of the insulating gas pane.
Abstract:
The apparatus joins two glass panels (4, 5) by injecting a strand of an initially pasty and subsequently solidifying compound along the edge of the pane into the intermediate space between the two initially unjoined glass panels. It has a horizontal conveyor, which has supporting or holding elements (6), which hold the glass panels (4, 5) parallel to each other and spaced apart, it being possible for the supporting or holding elements (6) acting on one of the glass panels (5) to be removed individually in sequence or in groups from said glass panel by an actuating device (7), thereby allowing a nozzle to be moved uninterruptedly between the two glass panels (4, 5) around the edge of the panel by an automatically operating handling apparatus (30), and wherein the nozzle can be swiveled about an axis running at a right angle to said panels. For receiving a plurality of pairs of glass panels (4, 5), supporting or holding elements (6, 13) are provided in a plurality of receiving devices moving step-by-step through a plurality of stopping positions (A, B, C) and arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement. In this arrangement, a first stopping position (A) is assigned a loading apparatus (41), a second stopping position (B) is assigned the handling apparatus (30) with the nozzle (32) and a further stopping position is assigned an unloading apparatus (41).
Abstract:
A procedure that, with the help of at least one sealing nozzle (7) and at least one covering and stripping plate (10), permits the defect-free and bubble free filling of panes of insulating glass (1) with a paste-like sealing mass, even in the corner areas, is described.
Abstract:
A spacer (55) on a device for connecting two glass plates (31, 32) to form an edge-bonded insulating-glass pane by injecting a strand (67) of an initially pasty and subsequently solidifying material, adhering to the two glass plates (31, 32), over the entire periphery along the edge of the pane into the gap between the two glass plates held at a distance from one another is described. The spacer (55) has two rollers (70, 71) which are arranged next to one another with axes of rotation parallel to one another and to the pane running plane (10) and at right angles to the determined direction (III) of the relative movement between the nozzle (36) and the glass plates (31, 32) and of which one (70) is intended to rest against the inner surface of one glass plate (32) and the other (71) is intended to rest against the inner surface of the other glass plate (31).
Abstract:
In order to configure an insulated glass pane, two individual glass panes are glued to each other by means of a frame-shaped spacer. For this purpose, a sealant is provided in joints between two flanks of the spacer and the two adjoining glass panes. The joints on the interior of the insulated glass pane are open and contain a mass, which has a surface facing the interior of the insulated glass pane and in which a drying agent is embedded.
