There is disclosed a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition apparatus including a chamber in which plasma reaction is performed to provide a functional film to an object received therein, a pallet mechanically and electrically connected with the object, a conveyer to convey the pallet to an inside from an outside of the chamber, and a power supplier to supply an electric power to the pallet, the power supplier comprising a moving contact distant from the pallet when the pallet is conveyed and contacting with the pallet when the pallet is stopped.

A laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet having a bottom plate that defines a bottom surface of the cabinet, a drum rotatably disposed inside the cabinet and configured to accommodate laundry, a hot air supply disposed at the bottom plate and configured to generate hot air to be supplied into the drum, a rear plate that defines a rear surface of the cabinet and includes a duct configured to receive the hot air from the hot air supply and to guide the hot air into the drum, a driver coupled to a rear side of the rear plate and configured to provide a rotational force to the drum, and a fan duct that is coupled to a front side of the rear plate and connects the hot air supply to the duct. The fan duct is configured to transfer the hot air of the hot air supply to the duct.

Disclosed is a laundry treating apparatus including a cabinet, a drum for accommodating laundry, a base disposed below the drum, a motor for providing power to rotate the drum, and a heat exchange unit including a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, and a compressor. The base includes a circulation flow path part through which air in the drum circulates, a compressor installation part spaced apart from the circulation flow path part and configured to allow the compressor to be seated thereon, and a water collection part spaced apart from the compressor installation part and communicating with the circulation flow path part to collect water condensed in the circulation flow path part. The area of the water collection part is formed to be larger than the area of a pump installed in the water collection part.

A drain pump is provided that may include a pump motor; an impeller connected to a rotational shaft of the pump motor. The impeller may include a circular hub, an impeller shaft that extends from a center of a lower surface of the hub, and a plurality of blades that extends from an outer circumferential surface of the impeller shaft and the lower surface of the hub in a radial direction of the hub. The hub may have a longitudinal cross section in which a thickness of the hub gradually increases from the center of the lower surface toward an edge thereof.

One aspect of the present disclosure provides a cleaner including: a dust bin configured to store dust sucked through a suction part; a motor housing disposed above the dust bin and coupled to the dust bin; a handle part coupled to the motor housing; a motor positioned in the motor housing; a cyclone part positioned in the dust bin and configured to separate the dust sucked through the suction part; a filter part positioned in the dust bin and configured to filter air during a process in which air from which the dust is separated in the cyclone part passes through the filter part; and a compression part configured to compress the dust in the dust bin, in which the compression part includes: an operating part disposed in the motor housing and configured to move in an upward/downward direction in a space between an outer portion of the filter part and an inner circumferential surface of the dust bin in the dust bin; a manipulation part disposed outside the motor housing and configured to be manipulated to move the operating part in the upward/downward direction; and a transmission part disposed in the motor housing and configured to connect the operating part and the manipulation part.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a nozzle of a cleaner including: a housing; a rotation cleaning unit which is accommodated in the housing and cleans a surface to be cleaned by a rotation operation thereof; and a drive unit which is inserted into a side of the rotation cleaning unit to rotate the rotation cleaning unit, in which the drive unit includes a motor which generates a driving force, a motor supporter which is fixed to the housing and to which the motor is coupled, a gear unit which is connected with a rotation shaft of the motor to transfer a driving force, and a shaft which is connected to the gear unit and the rotation cleaning unit to transfer a rotation force to the rotation cleaning unit, in which a printed circuit board (PCB) installation portion in which a PCB is installed and which is spaced apart from the motor supporter is provided in the motor, and in which a first space portion in which the air flows is formed between the motor supporter and the PCB installation portion.
