A method and apparatus for performing a random access procedure at a cell on an unlicensed carrier in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) transmits a random access preamble, and receives a random access response including an index of a second cell. A first cell is a first serving cell on a licensed carrier, and the second cell is a second serving cell on the unlicensed carrier.

A method and apparatus for performing traffic steering in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE), which is connected to both a master evolved NodeB (MeNB) and a secondary eNB (SeNB) in dual connectivity, receives an indication which indicates whether traffic steering of bearers belonging to a specific bearer type is allowed or not, and performs traffic steering of bearers when traffic steering of bearers belonging to the specific bearer type is allowed.

A method and apparatus for handling radio access network (RAN) assistance information in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) discards first broadcast RAN assistance information when a radio link failure (RLF) occurs, and applies second broadcast RAN assistance information after a specific time. That is, upon RLF, until when received broadcast RAN assistance information is not applied is defined.

A method and apparatus for transmitting a paging message in a wireless communication system is provided. A mobility management entity (MME) transmits a paging message, which includes an indication of user equipment (UE) capability for paging, to an eNodeB (eNB). The indication of UE capability for paging indicates whether a UE to be paged is a category 0 UE. The category 0 UE has a single receive antenna, and supports a transport block size (TBS) of maximum 1000 bits for a unicast uplink shared channel (UL-SCH) transmission or a unicast downlink shared channel (DL-SCH) reception. Upon receiving the UE capability for paging, the eNB transmits a paging message to a user equipment (UE) based on the UE capability for paging.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing a LCP procedure by a Relay UE in wireless communication system, the method comprising: performing, by the relay UE, a LCP procedure for generating MAC PDU by considering a priority of a first logical channel of a remote UE and a priority of a second logical channel of the relay UE; and transmitting the MAC PDU to a network, wherein if the priority of the second logical channel is equal to the priority of the first logical channel, data from the second logical channel of the relay UE is prioritized over data from the first logical channel of the remote UE during the LCP procedure.

Provided are a method of reporting measurement result and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for reporting measurement result in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a measurement configuration including information on a first cell and a second cell which is related to the first cell; performing measurement on the first cell and the second cell; and transmitting a result of the measurement on the first cell and the second cell, when a reporting of measurement on the first cell is triggered.

Provided are a method for keeping, by a user equipment (UE), a secondary cell group (SCG) configuration in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus supporting the same. The method may include: receiving radio access network (RAN) paging message from a base station; determining whether or not to keep a SCG configuration stored in the UE, based on the RAN paging message; and if the RAN paging message includes information related to a secondary base station, keeping the SCG configuration in an RRC resume procedure.

The method may include: receiving information on priorities of semi persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations, from a base station; selecting a first carrier among the multiple carriers, based on the information on priorities of the SPS configurations; allocating a resource of the selected first carrier to a logical channel with the highest priority; and transmitting the MAC PDU, by using the resource of the selected first carrier.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for forwarding system information for a remote UE by a relay UE in wireless communication system, the method comprising: establishing a link between a remote UE and the relay UE for communicating between the remote UE and the network via the relay UE; receiving assistance information including a serving cell identity of the remote UE from the remote UE; checking whether a serving cell identity of the relay UE and the serving cell identity of the remote UE are same or not; and forwarding system information block (SIB), which was already received by the relay UE from the network, to the remote UE via the link if the serving cell identity of the relay UE and the serving cell identity of the remote UE are different.
