Abstract: Provided is a high-performance heat exchanger. A porous material is formed on one side of the heat exchanger. The porous material exchanges heat with a coolant pipe and/or a fin. Pores formed in the porous material improve exchanging heat with the air, thereby improving a heat exchanging performance of the heat exchanger.
