a rear cabinet (360) that covers the first end (371) of the fastener (370) and the first part (311) of the top case (310),
wherein an inner surface of the first part (311) of the top case (310) contacts the guide wall of the guide panel (330),
wherein the second part (312) of the lateral part of the top case (310) is exposed to an outside of the display device (300), and
wherein the rear cabinet (360) and the second part (312) of the lateral part of the top case (310) form an exterior surface of the display device (300).
