Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a wireless communication unit configured to wirelessly communicate with at least one other terminal; a first sensor configured to detect a blowing action on the mobile terminal; a second sensor configured to detect an input action of a user; and a controller configured to execute a prescribed function on the mobile terminal when detecting the input of the user, detecting the blowing action on the mobile terminal, and detecting a release of the input action.
Abstract:
A method of controlling a mobile terminal, and which includes receiving operational status information of an external device, via a wireless communication unit of the mobile terminal, from the external device in response to the mobile terminal being located within a predetermined distance range from the external device; displaying an icon on a display of the mobile terminal representing a type of the external device; and displaying the operational status information of the external device and recommended user notification information for performing a recommended operation on the external device in response to a selection of the displayed icon.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a main body; a band connected to the main body and configured to be wearable on a wrist; a wireless communication unit disposed on the main body and configured to communicate with a predetermined server; a touch screen disposed on a front surface of the main body and configured to display screen information including at least two indication hands moving to show a current time; and a controller configured to in response to an automatic transfer from a predetermined account being scheduled to be made within a reference time from the current time, display a notification icon on the display indicating the automatic transfer in the screen information, and in response to a touch input being applied to the notification icon, perform control associated with the automatic transfer based on the applied touch input.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal capable of controlling a vehicle and a method for controlling the same are provided. The mobile terminal includes a main body having a front surface, a side surface, and a rear surface, a cover configured to cover at least a portion of the front surface, the side surface, and the rear surface of the main body, a vehicle authenticating unit, a power supply unit configured to supply power to the main body and the vehicle authenticating unit, and a control unit configured to control the power supply unit to supply power to the vehicle authenticating unit, wherein, upon receiving power from the power supply unit, the vehicle authenticating unit transmits the authentication information to the vehicle to perform authentication with respect to the vehicle.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wearable terminal includes a display comprising a front side and a rear side, a first sensing unit configured to sense a biometric characteristic and disposed at the rear side of the display to be proximate to or contact a user's body, a second sensing unit configured to sense a movement of the terminal; and controller configured to execute a different function based on the movement of the terminal when a sensing strength of the biometric characteristic via the first sensing unit is greater than a threshold strength level, wherein the sensing strength is varied based on a portion of the user's body which the first sensing unit is proximate to or is in contact with.
Abstract:
