SOLUTION: The vacuum insulated container comprises an outer bag 2 having a heat welding layer on the inner layer side, an inner bag 3 having a heat welding layer on the outer layer side, and a core 4. Heat welding of the inner layer side of the outer bag and the outer layer side of the inner bag forms the vacuum insulated container of an integral type. The man-hour can be reduced in the process.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive, lightweight vacuum heat insulating body, in which a powder is not scattered when the body is broken up so that a refrigerator can be disposed of efficiently and a house can be effectively heat insulated and constructed by a method wherein the powder material of the body contains at least a hard urethane foam powder and powder aggregates are formed by heating and dehydrating the powder. SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating body 1 comprises an outer cover material 3 loaded with a core material 2 composed of a powder material, in which the material 3 is made up of plastic laminate films including metal foils or metal evaporation layers. And the material 2 is composed of a hard urethane foam powder, which is prepared by crushing an expanded material including air bubbles to form the powder into complex needle-like structures comprising air-bubble skeleton and air bubble films. And since adjoining powders interfere with one another, the insulating body has low density and can be dried by heat and at the same time, the powder aggregates are formed by being joinded.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress worsening of heat conductivity with the lapse of time by applying a plastic film formed of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin with A1 evaporation applied to one side, to a gas barrier layer, and providing the Al evaporated face on the heat welded layer side. SOLUTION: Polyethylene terephthalate resin is used for an outermost layer, and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin with A1 evaporation applied is used for a gas barrier layer 5. An A1 evaporated layer is provided on the heat welded layer 6 side, and high density polyethylene resin is used for the heat welded layer 6. Accordingly, even in the case moisture absorbed in the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin is desorbed in an vacuum atmosphere, the permeation of moisture is suppressed by A1 evaporation. This results in preventing worsening of heat conductivity of a vacuum heat insulating body caused by the increase of heat conductivity by gas due to degradation of vacuum generated by the influence of moisture.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase the viscous flow in a laminate layer so as to remove gas molecules in core members, and to obtain a desired vacuum degree in a short time, by laminating the core members vertically to the heat transmitting direction, in a vacuum adiabator in which core members consisting of a foaming plastics with a continuous foamy structure are filled in an outerjacketing member. CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum adiabator 1, core members 2 which consist of a foaming plastics having a contineous foamy structure are filled in an outerjacketing member 3. In this case, the core members 2 are laminated vertically to the heat transmitting direction. And between the laminated core members 2, metal layers having the thickness 500×10-5μm to 1000×10-5μm may be provided. Furthermore, when the vacuum adiabator 1 is manufactured, a process to leave a part of the core members 2, and to cut it vertically to the heat transmitting direction is provided, at least as a manufacture process of the core members 2. Consequently, a viscous flow in the laminate layer is increased, and gas molecules in the core members are removed by this viscous force, and a desired vacuum degree is obtained in a short time.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide desired gas barrier quality by vacuum forming a plastic film manufactured through a duplicate extrusion method to manufacture a vessel for covering a core material for use as a vacuum insulation pack having a cover material of a plastic film. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer film 3 formed via a duplicate extrusion method is vacuum formed to prepare a vessel 4. Also, a barrier material 8 made of a plastic-metal foil laminate film 7 and an adsorbing agent 9 are stacked and laid between a core material of hard urethane foam and the vessel 4. Then, a cover material 6 is formed out of a plastic-metal foil laminate film 5 and the vessel 4 is closed therewith. The multilayer film 3 has an outermost layer of a chemical resistant film, an intermediate layer of a gas barrier film and an innermost layer of a chemical resistant film. Furthermore, the innermost and outermost layers of the films 5 and 7 are also made of a chemical resistant film, and the intermediate layer thereof is made of aluminum foil or the like.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat conduction by inserting a material blending core having-hard urethane foam powder and water absorbent having specific surface area larger than the urethane powder in an outer cover material to decompress the inside thereof to seal up. SOLUTION: Uethane powder 2 pulverizing hard urethane foam is blended with a water absorbent 3 having 5-20 times of specific surface area in comparison with the urethane powder. After a material blending the urethane powder 2 and water absorbent 3 is heated and dewatered at temperature of 120 deg.C-250 deg.C, the plate-like material resulting from pressure molding under conditions of 5-100 kg/cm is inserted in an outer cover material 4 formed in the shape of a bag by heat welding. Then, the outer cover material 4 is put in a chamber 12 of a vacuum packing machine 10, the end face 13 of an opening in the outer cover material 4 is mounted to a heat sealing machine 11, and the inside of the chamber 12 is decompressed to seal up the outer cover material 4. Accordingly, the scatter of the powder is prevented, and work efficiency can be promoted.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light weight, reduce cost, improve performance, and recycle urethane foam by using powder granulated by highmolecular coagulant organic powder, in a vacuum heat insulator filled core material formed of at least organic powder and inorganic powder in an outer covered material. SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulator 1 used as the heat insulating material such as a refrigerator is manufactured in such a way that pressure is reduced and exhaust is carried out so as to suppress pressure of an inner part to about 0.1mmHg after a core material formed by mixing urethane powder granulated by highmolecular coagulant and wet silica powder with each other is filled in an outer covered material. In this case, ethyl cellulose is used as the highmolecular coagulant, the adding rate of the ethyl cellulose is set to be within 1weight% or more to 30weight% and less. Granulation is carried out by the highmolecular coagulant, and thereby, the particle diameter of organic powder is regulated optionally. It is thus possible to reduce a solid heat conductivity by contact of excessive small diameter particle, and it is also possible to reduce a heat conductivity.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enable heat insulating properties to be maintained over a long period by using a laminate film formed of at least a surface protective film, a metallic layer and an inner layer film having the specified thickness for a sheath material in a vacuum heat insulating body sealed after decreasing pressure in the sheath material in which a core material is filled. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heat insulating body 1 is constituted of a core material 2 and a sheath material 3. This vacuum heat insulating body 1 is manufactured by filling a core material 2 formed of hard urethane foam having open cells, vacuum-dried for two hours at 120 deg.C is filled into the sheath 3, decreasing pressure inside it and then being sealed. In this case, a laminate film composed of a surface protective film 6 made of polyethylene terephthalate, a metallic layer 5 such as aluminum foil and an inner layer film 4 having the thickness of 50μm or more and 150μm or less is used as the sheath material 3. A film formed by laminating polyacrylonitril resin and nylon resin is preferably used as the inner layer film.

The outer covering material 3 consists of an inner layer made of polypropylene 6, an intermediate layer made of inorganic fiber added polyethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer 7, and an outer layer made of polyethylene terephthalate 8. The nonwoven fabric is formed by making the sheet of the polypropylene fiber. The lid 5 consists of an inner layer made of polypropylene 9, an intermediate layer made of aluminum foil 10, and an outer layer made of polyethylene terephthalate 11. The water content adsorbent can be contained in the inorganic filler.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent cost-up and barrier deterioration by forming a vessel consisting in a hollow molding from a resin which is prepared by blending with polymer-alloy resin. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2 as a hollow molding is molded from a blend resin of a polymer alloy resin, consisting of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin and a high density polyethylene resin, and a high density polyethylene resin. After molding, it is provided with an outermost layer 4 having resistance against chemicals, a resin layer 5 excellent in the molding easiness such as polypropylene resin, a resin layer 7 as intermediate layer 6 consisting for example of ethylene vinylalcohol resin having gas barrier excellency, and a resin layer 9 as innermost layer 8 consisting for example of polypropylene resin excellent in the resistance against chemicals and the molding easiness. The vessel 2 is filled with a core material from a pouring port 10, followed by decompression of the inside, and the port 10 is sealed with a heat seal. This enables application of a large-sized vacuum insulating material pack.
