Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided transparent conductive film sheet and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of applying to a static capacity sensor if each circuit pattern of transparent conductive films can be connected with an external circuit. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the double-sided transparent conductive film sheet, a transparent conductive film, a light-shielding film, and a resist layer are formed one by one on both sides of a base body sheet, then the resist layer on either side is exposed simultaneously, developed and patterned. After that, a part of the exposed shielding film and a part of the exposed transparent conductive film are put under etching on both sides at the same time, then the patterned resist layer and the shielding layer are exfoliated to form different patterns of the transparent conductive film on either side of the base body sheet without positioning displacement. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet in which a metallic film can be patterned by a photoresist, and the adhesiveness of a transparent conductive film and a metallic film is made satisfactory, a laminate conductive sheet and a conductive pattern sheet in which this conductive sheet is overlapped so as to be double-layered with both faces being able to be simultaneously exposed and a method for manufacturing the laminate conductive sheet and a method for manufacturing a transparent antenna or a transparent display or a touch input sheet. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate conductive sheet includes: successively forming a transparent conductive film, a light shielding metallic film and a resist layer on two base sheets; forming a transparent conductive film, a light shielding metallic film and a resist layer on the both faces of the base sheets laminated such that the both base sheets are laminated so as to faced to each other; thereafter simultaneously exposing and developing the resist layer on the both faces; thereafter simultaneously etching the transparent conductive film and the light shielding metallic film; peeling the resist layer; and forming a thin wire leading circuit pattern on the both faces. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluation method of a display device capable of objectively evaluating whether glittering occurs, and a display quality evaluation device. SOLUTION: The photographing region on the display surface of the display device 72 is photographed by a digital camera 6 in the state that a cover part 90 is present at the first position on the display device 72 to acquire the first brightness data of the photographing region, the cover part is horizontally moved to the second position on the display device 72, the photographing region of the display surface of the display device 72 is photographed by the digital camera 6 to acquire the second brightness data of the photographing region, the ratio of the first and second brightness data is calculated with respect to the same coordinates on the basis of the first and second brightness data and the performance of the glittering phenomenon of the display device 72 is evaluated on the basis of the calculated ratio value. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a touch input sheet, suitable for a capacitance type touch sensor having a narrow frame and a two-layer transparent conductive film pattern, and also excellent in rust preventing property.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet is used, comprising a transparent conductive film, a light-shielding conductive film, and a first photoresist layer, successively layered on each of both faces of a transparent substrate sheet. The first photoresist layers are simultaneously exposed on both faces and developed, then the transparent conductive films and the light-shielding conductive films are simultaneously etched, the first photoresist layers are stripped, and second photoresist layers which are patterned and contain a rust preventive added thereto are layered on the exposed light-shielding conductive films. Then the light-shielding conductive films only in a center window portion and a terminal portion are etched to expose the transparent conductive films. After the second photoresist layers are stripped, the exposed light-shielding conductive films are coated with rust preventive functional films.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a touch input sheet with a narrow frame, which is suitable for a capacitive touch sensor having a narrow frame and a two-layered transparent conductive film pattern and is superior in an anti-rust property.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet formed by laminating a transparent conductive film 3, a light shielding conductive film 1, and a first resist layer in order on each of both surfaces of a transparent base sheet is used, and the first resist layers on both surfaces are simultaneously exposed and developed, and then, the transparent conductive films and the light-shielding conductive films are etched simultaneously. After the first resist layers are peeled, second resist layers which have a rust inhibitor added thereto and are patterned are laminated on the exposed light shielding conductive films, and the light shielding conductive films in only a center window portion and a terminal portion are etched to expose the transparent conductive films, and the second resist layers are left as anti-rust layers without being peeled.
